I go to the store and I can find what I need, I am very excited about my new product and it is my new key to open, lock, lock my car and maintain the burglar alarm. Without a doubt it is the best product I have purchased. In addition, the people are very kind, patient and if you can't find something from the downloads you will find it. Very trained staff to wait in stores and their followers offer help in Spanish. Very good prices and discounts. I am delighted without a doubt.

I bought this ftom best buy on sale, and geek squad installed it. Like thr features, and good range but they didnt i stall the blue l.e.d that came with the kit. Now i need to go back and have them install one since thry never even gave me the part, it was just never done. Im going to have to miss a full days work now just to go back and show them. Product is good, install clean exceot the misshap.

Works very well and the remotes have a considerable range upgrade over my original key fob. Nice loud alarm.

It is an AWESOME Alarm with remote start! Big hands down to the installer that installed it perfectly, I like for the fact I can lock my aftermarket locks with it as well.

I wouldn’t know how this works because Best Buy geek squad couldn’t install it properly. After multiple times of going there because they couldn’t complete install from having it 10 am to 7 pm and I had to come back 4 days later. When they worked next. The auto start part works but the alarm portion doesn’t. I paid 300 bucks for extra labor, so 500 total and it still doesn’t work. Going to call corporate tomorrow.

Everything was great except when the order came in the harness kit that was included didn’t come with it. Luckily the store had one in stock and the geek squad and store manager was awesome and accommodating!

I purchased just the security alarm it didn't work out. I returned it and purchased this and i absolutely love it.
