Works great with the app and is easy to use!!! The only problem is tiny size for the remote control. Right now a lost one around to my house, and someone of my neighbors is using to turn On my truck like a joke, already happened 5 times… the Droneauto app it notifies me each time!!!

But glad I did!! Wanted to give my 2006 dodge charger some loving and been wanting a remote engine start but wasn’t surr which to go with. My Best Buy car audio rep told me to grab this one since it was on sale and includes 2 remotes and FREE installation so decided to order this and ship to my home. Arrived in mint condition and got it installed other day and couldnt be happier! The 3k mile range is more them enough for me and dont think ill do the drone thing since i dont need the app features. I just need the remote to turn on my car and thats it. Best Buy is my go to for all my car audio upgrades and recently they did my JVC double din car radio screen installation just a few weeksn prior! Will be back for all my car speakers to be upgraded to Kicker soon too!

The remote works great, if you use the key fob it lets makes a confirmation beep the car started along with a green indicator LED icon on the key fob. The app is extremely responsive, starts the car faster than my just returned 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe which has bluelink and the comparison the Compustar beats it by far. It takes 2 seconds to start up the car compared to waiting a minute. It tells you temperature of your car inside which is really cool. I will buy another once my wife buys another car. The install does take 2.5 hours but go out to lunch or something, they call you when it's done and explain how to use, installer was very knowledgeable. The app tells you how many current miles, miles to service for oil and if you want to track your car with GPS to see your kids traveling to their destination. The subscription to the app is around $10 for the full features, $5 for just startup features and no GPS.

The range in the ability to start my truck from a long distance. It’s amazing. Unfortunately, I have had a few issues with the remote as the antenna seems to be very sensitive inside. Best Buy worked with me great though, and got me a replacement remote in a timely manner. I love having the ability to start my truck from inside my house or even use the drone app when I am a little bit farther away. Or if I don’t happen to have my keys on me. Also on the app it’s cool that you can see what the temperature is inside your vehicle. If I paid for the upgrade, it would be cool to see the GPS tracking, but I really don’t need that currently. But if somebody stole my car, I’d be able see where it was. But that’s not really an issue.

Got this installed on my 2017 Elantra SE with regular key. Installation took about 90 minutes, best buy did a great anf clean job. Drone Mobile LTE feature is free for 30 days, i might as well pay for the service as it has some cool features. The only downside part is that the remote does not have a trunk release button but i can live without it

Very good, from inside my bedroom, I can start my car with the remote control, and I can see the location on the app on my phone at any time.

Purchased this when it was on sale for $400 that included free installation at Best Buy. So far very happy with the installation and how the product has been working. Best buy installation team had been amazing as i had to revisit them since my car wouldnt work properly to avoid starting the car when the hood was open. They installed additional equipment at no extra charge and got it working as expected. As for the product it starts the car every time from the remote when in range and may be the range could have been a bit longer but since it has the Drone LTE I can start it from anywhere I want. If the car is parked too far away from you desk area at office Drone App would be the best choice ,its a small premium to keep you car warm in the winter months.

I really like this remote start. I needed a remote start with good range and two way. I can’t always see my car at worn so I like getting a signal back saying it started. It does have a very long range. I started it no problem from over 100 yards. I didn’t plan to subscribe and use their app, but it comes with a free month so I gave it a try. I’m still in my free month but will probably keep it. It’s only $5 a month. I like that I can see the temp in my car and see id the doors are locked. The only negative is there’s no trunk button on the remote.

This is my third Compustar product, and it exceeded my expectations again. The range is excellent. The system performs reliably every time. One standout feature is the ability to start and stop the vehicle using both a smartphone and a smartwatch. This is very convenient. The timer feature is also very useful. It shows how long the vehicle has been running. I set mine at 25 minutes. This ensures the vehicle is cooled in summer or the windows defrosted in winter. For pet owners, a valuable feature is the mobile app’s ability to display the internal vehicle temperature. This provides added peace of mind. Another mechanical advantage is the system's battery voltage monitoring. In my Mazda CX-5, I need to manually lock the vehicle while it is running. I can still unlock it with the key fob or the app. The system will not allow auto start if a door is open. This is a great built-in safety feature. My vehicle does not have an automatic trunk release. However, I can unlock and lift the rear tailgate through the phone app. This is a nice added capability. The Best Buy installation was efficient and timely. The technician clearly explained the system and verified that everything was correctly configured before I left. One essential tip for online buyers: include the wiring harness, as it is not provided by default and is not clearly indicated at checkout. A drawback is the key fob’s sensitivity—the buttons are overly responsive and can be pressed accidentally in your pocket. Overall, this product delivers reliable performance and thoughtful features. It is backed by a first-rate installation experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking convenience and peace of mind in vehicle control.

Best remote starter I've had. I love the fact that it's a 2 way and tells me when the truck has responded. I also love all of the features in the app from telling you the battery voltage, to the temp in side the car, this has way more than I was expecting. Another thing I love is the run time it allows you. Instead of the factory 10 minutes you get with Toyota, this gives you 25 minutes. I have found this to be a much superior product to the Toyota remote start.

Works great on my 21 Tundra. The app is useful to tell me the inside temp. Im still on the free trial so not sure if ill be subscribing or not. Subtract 1 star as it only comes with 1 two remote and 1 one way remote. Best Buy in Liberty Missouri did a great job installing it

It's an excellent product. I had one of these kits installed on both of my vehicles and both work flawlessly. The installation techs did a great job, especially considering both vehicles are more than 20 years old. The app works really well and a lot of good features. You can add your VIN, mileage, pictures of your vehicle and yourself, as well as set maintenance schedules, etc. The only drawback is the cost of the drone plans. They are a little expensive, but do have discounts for annual subscriptions as well as discounts for military, first responders and businesses. Some insurance companies also give discounts for having the system. I know the initial cost and monthly costs seem a bit much, but the peace of mind it gives is worth it. You can track your vehicle anywhere, stop the engine if stolen, etc. Also, if you live in a place with puffer laws, you can warm up your vehicle in the winter without freezing, being stolen, or getting a ticket since it's law abiding citizens who are punished instead of the criminals.

The remote start works great and the guy that installed it was nice but the feature that allows you to talk on the phone through the car doesn’t work anymore. The guy is doing some research and contacting the company that makes them to see what he can do to fix the issue. Hopefully it gets resolved

Overall the install was straightforward and took about two hours. The unit has worked well so far. Getting use to the functionality of this unit took a little time to get use too. But I don’t like the fact that you half to have a subscription to make it work for lock, unlock and remote start, now I could have miss understood this, but I will call the manufacturer for this question. But still satisfied.

This a replacement for a remote starter that only lasted a couple years. I am very happy with the service installer and installation. The remote starter is super great and I like the Drone App. Hopefully it lasts longer than my other one. Thank you
