This was purchased for my wife's 2015 RX 350. Lexus did away with the 3G remote start and we really wanted this feature because in the summer it's been 105 and in the winter it's been as cold as negative numbers. This will allow us to start the car and cool it down or warm it up without having to sit in there. What's nice is you could be in your office and point the remote out the window and it'll start up to 3000 feet away. What a great investment for your vehicle. Installation went smoothly, Best buy really took care of the vehicle. We end up getting this with the free installation and that just made it even more of a value. What was a nice little bonus is that the factory remote will also remote start now because of this so you don't have to carry around the second remote if you don't want it, the only downside is you don't get the range that you would with the second remote.

Works great on my 04 F350 XL. Has a delayed start for the glow plugs. Only downside is there is some kind of draw on the battery. I don't drive the truck much so i now have to leave it on a charger. Not sure if it was the product, or the installation. Don't expect bestbuy to stand behind the product if it does effect your vehicle. Other than the draw its worked great for the last 8 months. Great range on the remote, the 2 way feature is really nice if you can't visually see or hear the vehicle start/lock. Since this has a trunk button you can have it programmed for other things, like roll the windows down. I wish i would have known that prior to installation.

This is the one of the part in my order that I placed to have remote start system in my Nissan Rogue 2012 SL AWD. It works as expected. My Nissan came with a key fob and had to maintain additional key fob for remote starter. The BB technician told me that it cannot be replaced with the original key fob as the Nissan programmed to identify the key to start/run the car. Now I need to carry 2 key fobs, that the only concern as it is bulky. The installation window appointment time definitely wouldn't be sufficient, just plan for the additional time when you have your appoinment. I toold the car to Geek Squad BB location and the team did a decent job. No complaints as of now.

Has an Amazing range! I’ve turned on my car on from three blocks away, from behind thick walls. Very easy to use. Both controllers work well, it was installed in 30 minutes and I was stunned at how quick. I even got my OEM fob programmed without asking (I forgot) and everything went smooth! I got it on a Black Friday flash day deal early November and got it installed two weeks later. Install included with the sale price. I’ve heard amazing reviews about it from people who have gotten it so naturally as soon as the deal turned up I snatched it up quick. MA winters can be brutal so it’s been so nice to hop into a cozy warmed up car!

Got this for my daughter, Installed by Best Buy. It was 9 deg out the other morning. She loves it, Best Buy tech programed it to work with the original key fob that came with the car.

I Am thoroughly pleased with the quality as well as ease of use and there’s nothing better than the professional installation experience other than having more seating in the wait area. Bonus on top was I got the remote starter at a cutthroat price much lower than ever seen advertised and got an extra credit refunded to further reduce the cost lower than expected! Already referred my dad to buy from BB to have one installed before winter for his recent purchase of a secondary vehicle!

Exelent remote starter. Good range. The fact that you receive confirmation back to know if your car did start or not is a plus ( the confirmation doesn't work every single time 100% but most of the time it does) If you have a push to start car this is the way to go. You hit the brake and you don't even notice the transition from the remote starter to the car to take over. Observation: my car is a mitsubishi push to start. If I just tap the brake Nothing turns off, not even the radio, but if I hit the brake all the way down and kind of hold it for a second Everything inside the car turns off for a second and comes back on, I mean the radio, lights, etc, but not the engine, Engine still running but radio and ligts turns off. So When I get in the car I just close the door and give a litte tap to the brake and nothing turns off. I don't know why is like that, but I like it that way I dont even notice the switch from the remote starter to the car : )

Finally, it have just installed on my car 2019 toyota camry today at Best Buy(Frederick Crossing) after waiting an over 2 months. The remote start has a really good range and works great. Thank you to Mr. Josh who installed it and highly recommend this product.

Ive Only had it for a day but so far so good! It is everything I wanted. I love the little noises that the remote makes that lets me know the automatic start worked. That way I do not have to run outside in 10 degree weather. My car is all warmed up and ready for driving right away! Now hopefully i can get to work on time because I won’t have to scrape my car windows!

Works GREAT with my Lexus RX 350 sport. I love that I can start my vehicle up from my office to the parking garage which is a pretty far distance. The discounted price that includes installation is an added bonus!

Installation was quick from BestBuy, the remote starter is very easy to use. It really has a long range to remotely start the car. It can also do regular functions like lock/unlock and open the trunk

This is a very good product . The range is perfect and it works great for me. I have never had any problem trying to start the car from anywhere. I highly recommend especially if it’s your first auto starter.

Works good little bit of a pain setting up but does everything I needed it to do, also had to buy additional parts

Best Remote Starter on the Market. It's affordable for 2 remotes . You can start your car, even when u are inside the store shopping. The best part is 3000 feet distance is unexplainable. Buy it and you will not regret. Oh wait Best Buy Technician installation is very fast. He explain every little detail u need to know. Get it.

This auto start is fire!!! It is simple to use and the range is way better than my last one.

I have had this about 3 weeks. So far I would rate it excellent. I had it installed in Plover Wisconsin and the installer was awesome and very through. I am waiting for them to go on sale again so I can purchase one for my son.

Had it installed at bestbuy north riverside location! They installer name was Paul, very nice guy, kept me informed about what’s goin on and if any problems arise, took care of them. He explained everything and answered all the question I had! I’m a very detailed guy so he explained it fully. Love the product, and can’t wait till winter comes(for once).

Absolutely love this remote start, I have never had a vehicle that has one, but have always wanted one. It’s easy to use and the security system is a huge plus as well as having 2 extra remotes if I lock my key in the car. I am looking forward to using it for the hot days in summer and the freezing days in winter.
