The product works great!!! After installing the ram into my motherboard my PC had a great increase in performance

I ordered (2) sets of this Corsair 64GB DDR5 CL30 non-RGB & was sent 2 sets of 32GB DDR5 CL36 RGB. (!) To make matters worse, the packages appeared opened / tampered with & appeared to have some sort of wrong memory swapped in place of the Corsair. Because I needed these sets in a timely fashion for a new customer build, I called customer service & they sent out (2) replacements which were also wrong! At least these 2 packages appear new / unopened / & like they are the actual Corsair RAM they are supposed to be in the packaging. The problem is they are not the RAM sticks I ordered, but are rather HALF the RAM (32GB instead of 64GB & slower CL of 36 instead of 30…+ they have RGB whereas the sticks I ordered need to be the lower profile non-RGB). This is complete insanity! I’ve never had an order messed up by Best Buy like this…multiple times in a row with the same product being mixed up almost feels like I’m being punked. So now I’ll have to waste an hour drive time each way + the time spent in store (guaranteed it’ll take at least an hour to get it solved) to our nearest Best Buy to try to straighten this out (as I don’t trust it’ll be handled correctly if I do all the returns via mail). Mind boggling.
