    Not safe in windy places - Avoid buying

    This product can be very unsafe in windy places like Chicago or St Louis. The umbrella topples over even with the slightest wind. I bought a heavy duty base to support it, but it is still not stable. Tried to return it, but Costway and Bestbuy return policy is not good. Please avoid buying
