While product is very nice, comfortable, & very easy to assemble, 1 stool has a bad hydraulic pump. I contacted Costway.com US site. They transferred me to a company called Just Answer to see if it could be handled right now. They said it would be a $5 charge but refunded. After text chat, it was determined that the 1 stool has a bad hydraulic and should be replaced. Best Buy said to contact Costway and I'm waiting to hear from them. At this point, my complaint is not with Costway since they haven't responded. If you purchase these bar stools and have a problem, DO NOT USE THE JUST ANSWER option. My credit card was charged the $5 but that is to join their membership. Said membership is $48 a month. My credit card questioned this charge and I refused it. I received an email from Just Answer acknowledging that I didn't want the membership, it was canceled, and no FURTHER charges would occur. At this point I am disputing the $48 charge they do not want to refund. Buy the Bar Stools but if you have a problem, DO NOT use Just Answer. Again, working product was great and I'll let you know about their customer service.

The chair is comfortable enough, and they look nice. But they tip over very easily, especially if you adjust them to their max height. Plus the upholstery material is very grippy, making it mildly hard to get on the seat if you have it adjusted too high.

I needed some budget friendly barstools and these were perfect for the price

Love it! Great price for the set of two. It’s very easy to install. I bought it twice so I have a total of 4. Definitely recommend
