This chair offers quality and comfortable seating for long term gamers. I have back issues and the neck and lower back support really eases the discomfort of sitting for extended gaming session. Comfortable, the recliner comes in clutch, im an athlete so the massage pillow is like the best out of the whole chair I use it mostly for my feet

Purchased this chair as a Christmas gift to myself because I work from home. Best Buy carefully delivered to my front door which is real convenient. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the chair and I'm very happy with the build quality. This chair is super comfortable and the massage function actually works better than advertised. This chair is a bargain at $159 (on sale). I've had office chairs that I paid over $500 for that can't hold a candle to this one. If you need an office chair that is robust, easy to assemble, and inexpensive, I'd highly recommend buying this chair.

[Employee of bestbuy] It’s good…. Until it isn’t, I don’t abuse my chairs at all but this one seems to wear really fast. Already starting to make noice (like it’s a chair that’s 4 years old). I’ve only had it for about 4 months so far. It’s pretty comfortable but if you want something that will last longer, look elsewhere.

The chair is well-made and easy to put together. The chair's comfort is rated 4. My husband can sit in the chair for 4 to 6 hours without complaint when playing the game. The lumbar support is a 3 out of 5 because of the cushion in the chair. Overall, the gaming chair is a good product, but it just needs some more lumbar support. support
