I will be honest, I was a hesitant on the Cozyla, as we already have a Google Home. But after a few days, I get it the value and feel like we may finally get our lives organized. What's in the box: 15.6" Cozyla 15.6" calendar 12V/3A barrel style charger Mounting Stand (assembly required) Screwdriver (for assembling stand) Setup requires you download the free Cozyla app, but you also need to go through and setup WiFi. If you've ever used an Android device before, the process will feel familiar as underneath the Cozla is Android 14. I got the 15.6" Cozyla, there are bigger ones - but I wanted one that would work on the kitchen counter. I think it 'may' be wall mountable as well. The rear looks like standard VESA mounts, but there's no wall mount included. I think they only include wall mounts on the larger models. Cozyla do sell after market wall mounting kits. Once setup, you are promoted to add family members, and you can add chores, meal plans, etc. Where the Cozyla excels is the calendar. We're a family of 2 x adults, 2 kids - a rising high school senior and incoming freshman. Having everyone's calendars on one single screen is an absolute life saver and I can only imagine how much better it will be once they're back at school. My and my partners travel, summer job work schedules, they're all here. The Cozyla UI is clean, the matte screen makes it easy to read in the kitchen, and it's all fairly responsive given the size of the device. The Cozyla AI agent (in beta) is interesting if you want to try recipe planning. But as this is an Android device, you can also just browse YouTube - which I did when we were trying to follow a recipe. The inbuilt speakers are perfectly OK for watching a cooking video. The habit and rewards features are cool - tracking a to do list, assigning tasks, etc. My kids are probably a little too old for some of them (bath, brush teeth) but the take out trash one I love. I also like the pantry list, so you can actually keep a shopping list. Something that I am training our oldest to do, as he tends to eat everything and we discover we're out - now I'm training him to just add it to the list. The included stand keeps the Cozyla stable. You do need to assemble it (tools included) and it has some heft, so you don't need to worry about it sliding or falling over. You can sit your Cozyla vertically or horizontally, I prefer horizontally - it felt just a little more stable to me. I think we'll end up wall mounting it once summer ends. Is it worth it? I think the Cozyla works for a family with 2 or more kids, so we're in the sweet spot. I don't think there's really an age limit for kids, your kids probably need to be school age to really get the most value, given it's from school age you get hit with after school activities, birthday parties, etc. I can also still see us using this when our oldest goes to college, to track parent weekends and when we can expect them home. Tip. When you setup, the first QR code on the screen is to download the app, you need to skip past this to get the QR code for pairing. I couldn't work out why it wouldn't pair until I skipped the first QR code.
