Many backup programs offer options for incremental backups (only backing up files that have changed since the last backup) or full backups (backing up everything). For Mac, I suggest using Apple's built-in Time Machine. It's a user-friendly and reliable backup solution that automatically creates incremental backups of your files. For Windows, File History or Automatic backup and restore is a great built-in option for regular incremental backups of personal files.
