Lately we had our 1st outage (won’t be our last) since I’ve purchased the unit & it did exactly what it’s suppose to do. One main reason I purchased it was I don’t have a cell phone-only landline, & I was able to report our outage to my electric company. Our electric was out for 45 minutes & it still had a good charge. We could use our lamp that was plugged into the unit, plus I used my I pad since the power unit was plugged into my router. Was easy to set up & use. Hopefully it lasts for many years. I was deciding between the 750 unit & this one, decided to go with the added power.

I always protect all my devices with this kind of back-up systems and this one is one of the best.

Works great! Power to my house has went off a few times and this device has kicked in to keep my computer up, giving my time to shut it down.

After charging this unit for the suggested eight hours, I plugged in most of my entertainment devices into the power-backup outlets, including TV, sound bar, Blueray player, cable box, cable Internet router, and an extra router for home security. I then turned on the unit and all of the above devices, and set a DVD to start. All of that registered as using only up to 20% of the battery power available, for up to 15 minutes. I later went to my circuit breaker box and turned off the power to that area of the room several times, and the unit worked like a charm, keeping everything on even with no lights. Granted, the unit has an extremely low joules rating, compared with normal surge suppressors, but I have a full-house surge suppressor, so I'm cautiously confident. Also, the LED panel is easy to read and figure out. So far, I'm very pleased!

My house went dark once while I was in the middle of project and I did not have a UPS. I lost a lot of data and had to rebuild my project from scratch. That is why I believe a good UPS for my desktop is essential. I've owned several Cyber Power UPS systems and trust them to give me the time I need to save my work during a power outage. I recommend Cyber Power because It is reliable and economical.

Price is what sold me on this and the features that won the fact I purchased

Price and sophistication of UPS's have each improved since the last time I've purchased. The capacity is nice ampere-hour wise, and the lcd readout yields useful information. Output voltage and time remaining are among the most useful. Startup and shutdown is quicker than my last units.

This power source backs up my office in Washington, D.C. That has approximately 10 employees. I have the server and router plugged into this source and it has done a wonderful job in case the power goes out. The beeping sound alarms you but is not overbearing

Kept my PC on during a power surge. I believe my PC and monitor use a calculated 380W under heavy load. The price was a bit high and I was upset to find a better model on sale a week after I ordered this, but oh well.

Previous to this, I had the CyberPower 650, which left me pretty satisfied. It lasted over 7 years, even though I was told they lasted about 3-5 years. Before that, I'd had another well known brand that was good, but whenever our power went off, its back-up reaction wasn't quite fast enough to keep the DishNet receiver from rebooting! So, when I got the CP650 and discovered that it saved the receiver from rebooting, I knew which brand to go for the next time! This time, I went for the CP850VA because it could handle more power and it also has more inputs. Another well known place had it for cheaper, but used Best Buy's price matching to get it for the same price and BB's delivery was several days faster (plus, they're better for getting tech help). There was a brief moment of power loss about a week ago, so I've already seen it kick into action (with no Dish receiver problem). Actually, my 650 has been put to new use, but in another area with less of a load for it (the old battery is now a bit too weak for my AV setup, but still able to do much of its thing)! The 850 is actually more than I need, but possibly it will last even longer before the battery weakens enough to become a problem! Might have to wait 7 years to find that out, though. :-)

with all this new thing about working from home my employer provided me a desktop and it is my responsability to take a good care of it so I needed something that protects it. I found this incredible device that protected me during a storm night. The lights went out and it gave me enough time to save my work and turn it off properly.

Last battery back-up failed so I needed a replacement. This one has lots of electrical outlets to plug everything in. Works as advertised. Love Best Buy for customer service. They connected me to the right product to solve my problem.

This is one of the few surge protector/battery back ups that had 12 usable plugs. And properly spaced so that different sized plugs can fit. I would buy this product again. I feel that the quality of CyberPower has gone up while APS may have declined.

This UPS has 12 outlets. Even though the outlets are staggered it is still hard to use all 12 because of the giant plugs that come with some computer equipment. I replaced two much older UPS's with this one freeing up some desktop space. I like the info it provides - battery run time, %capacity, etc

I have one of these for my main computer and one for my home server. The software is extremely straight forward and easy to use and the desktop widget is a nice addition. The widget can be customized to show real time information in a number of ways, including how many watts are currently being used by the system. I've only had them for about a month now, so I'm not sure how these will last, but so far so good.

Great piece of equipment, easy to use, reliable, and pretty cool looking.

So far this UPS has been working great for me. I'm very happy with the purchase.

What a great find. This battery backup is for our computers, monitors, printers in our den. Couldn't have asked for a better product. Will always buy replacements from Best Buy.

This was the perfect Surge and Battery Back-Up System all-in-one. It was purchased specifically to be used only with a new Samsung QLED 55" Television and Samsung 3D Surround Sound Bar, and Wireless Samsung Woofer and some other items associated with this system. My building has very good electric current regulation, however, there can be occasional small "spikes" or "surges" and/or loss of power for a minimal time. This keeps the power smoothly flowing to my entertainment system, even with an occasional spike/surge in power; plus, gives me more than enough time to turn off all devices if power goes out momentarily. Highly Recommend.

Has a lot of outlets for what you will need on a home office too !
