Customer Ratings & Reviews

I have purchased many systems over the years, but I can say without a doubt that this CyberPowerPC is the best computer I have ever owned. It isn't just a gaming desktop; it is a "beast" of a machine that handles everything I throw at it with ease. Performance & Gaming The hardware integration here is top-tier. With the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and the RTX 5070, I am seeing incredible results. In all the newest, most demanding titles, I’m consistently pulling 100+ FPS. There is absolutely nothing I can say to take away from the performance—it stays smooth, stable, and powerful regardless of the load. Versatility & Streaming What really impresses me is how well this system handles high-performance streaming and remote play. I’m a power user who utilizes a RayNeo XR setup and a large Mini-LED TV, and the visual output is flawless. I also frequently stream my library to other devices using Moonlight/Sunshine (and the Apollo fork). Whether I’m sitting in my living room or connecting to the PC from my car, the experience is seamless. The latency is negligible, and the system handles the encoding like a pro. Build Quality & Aesthetics Beyond the internal specs, the physical build is a work of art. The lighting is immaculate and gives the system a premium, sophisticated glow. You can tell the builders took their time with the assembly; the cable management and component placement are clean and professional. It is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship that looks just as good as it performs. Final Verdict If you are looking for a high-performance system that works perfectly out of the box for both local 4K gaming and complex remote streaming setups, this is it. I have had zero issues, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a cutting-edge, reliable gaming "beast.

Great starting pc, great name brand components on the inside, good ram speeds, VERY loud fans, can run a bit warm. Also only had a 2 fan 5070, kinda unacceptable. Either way was easily pulling 300+ fps in games. 9800x3d is a beast. Looks amazing even on 1440p. I ultimately ended up returning it as a found a ASUS ROG with a 5070 ti for the same price, but will say this was a solid pc. No problems other than the fan noise being annoying. Worth it if it’s on sale imo. (My biggest pet peeve was the RGB. the AIO cooler NEVER matched the color I made it unless it was a very vibrant blue or red or rainbow as you can see the ugly orange-white aio cooler in my old setup)

I recently purchased a CyberPowerPC, and I can confidently say it has exceeded every expectation I had going in. From the moment I powered it on, the performance was nothing short of incredible. Whether I’m gaming, multitasking, or running demanding software, this machine handles everything smoothly without a hint of lag. The build quality is excellent, with a sleek, modern design that looks great on any setup. The RGB lighting adds a nice customizable touch without feeling overdone. Internally, the components are well-chosen and work together seamlessly, delivering fast load times, high frame rates, and overall reliable performance. One of the standout aspects is how quiet and cool the system stays, even during long gaming sessions. The airflow and cooling system are clearly well-designed, which gives me confidence in the PC’s longevity. Setup was quick and hassle-free, making it easy to jump right in. It’s also reassuring to know that the system is upgrade-friendly, so I have flexibility for the future. Overall, this CyberPowerPC offers an amazing balance of power, design, and value. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-performance gaming or productivity PC without the stress of building one from scratch.

This PC is a beast when playing those Total War Games for hours and streaming as well. Thought about getting Ryzen 9 9900 but this Ryzen 7 9800 is already capable of what I need.

I’ve been extremely impressed with this CyberPowerPC gaming desktop so far. The AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D paired with the RTX 5070 delivers incredible performance in every game I’ve tried. High FPS, smooth gameplay, and excellent temperatures even during long gaming sessions. It handles demanding titles at high/ultra settings with no issues at all. The 32GB DDR5 RAM and 2TB PCIe 4.0 SSD make the whole system feel incredibly fast. Boot times are almost instant, multitasking is effortless, and there’s plenty of storage for games and applications. The PC also runs surprisingly quiet considering the power inside. Build quality looks clean and modern, and setup was simple right out of the box. Everything arrived well-packaged and worked perfectly on first startup. This is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a high-end gaming PC that’s ready for both gaming and productivity. Overall, amazing value for the performance you get. Highly recommend this system to gamers who want a powerful, future-proof desktop without building one themselves.

I couldn’t be happier with this new PC. It’s been running flawlessly from day one, with fast performance and tons of storage—more than enough space to transfer everything over without any hassle. Games look absolutely incredible, with smoother gameplay and better visuals than I’ve ever had before. Everything loads quickly, runs quietly, and just works. This upgrade was 100% worth it, and it’s made both gaming and everyday use way more enjoyable.

Bought this in 2025 at the end of the year . This is my first pc and I’ve got a lot to learn but overall it’s been great I was a console player years and can definitely say playing games on pc is definitely better . No problems so far runs great and the price for it was a cool deal too

Bought this computer since it was on sale to start gaming on PC and I can honestly say this was the best purchase I’ve made in awhile. Since prices are a little crazy to build my own I picked this as my first. Everything about this computer has been great and it handles everything I’ve been playing so far.

Bought this PC after deciding to pull the trigger on a new PC for the first time in over 5 years. Absolutely love it, I've put it through it's paces on games like Baldur's Gate 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 and gotten good results. If you can get it on sale it's absolutely worth it.

Easy to set up and looks great and runs great, handles all games easily and got it for a great deal during Black Friday for less than 2 grand with the 9800x3d processor and nvidia 5070 graphics card, multiple rgb fans and liquid cooled what more can you ask for? My son is loving it.

Overall, this is very nice PC in terms of performance. I don't doubt that. But the way CyberPowerPC built this PC is very poor and made this PC very loud with fans. (That's why alot of reviewers left "Loud Fan") I have experience of building PC before so I was able to open it up, reroute fans correctly in motherboard. Initially, they daisy chained all PC Fans to AOI_Pump socket, so you don't have control over these specific fans like in the back and the side. When CPU temp goes high, all fans are kicking and made PC very loud. If you find your fan very loud and don't know how to reroute, bring it to BestBuy and they will help you. But we shouldn't do that as a consumer and product should have been perfectly built. At low RPM, fan still bit loud, so I am going to swap it with "Be Quiet" fans to see if I can make them real quiet. Other than that, it's been awhile since I have pre-built computer and satisfy with it.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for myself and I have not had any issues with this pc so far. Only that one time that it shut down by itself. Overall, I've had a great gaming experience and runs pretty smoothly.

I bought this gaming PC during a Best Buy sale, and it came bundled with a mouse, keyboard, Xbox Game Pass, RE9 from the Nvidia promo on the 5070, and Crimson Desert bundle for AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D. So far, the PC handles AAA games at ultra settings smoothly without any issues. My only minor complaint is that the seven fans can get a bit loud and warm up the room when running at full speed, even with liquid cooling.

I have had it for a while now. Everything is running great. It handles everything I throw at it. Runs very silent. I am actually impressed by the performance of this prebuilt pc.

RTX 5070 is more than enough to run almost every AAA game especially at 1440P. I have also run most games at 4k 60hz. Great buy for first time PC buyer. I got it during early black friday sale at great price. Valie for money. So happy!

This is my first gaming PC and I'm absolutely in love. Gaming has never felt smoother for me. It's also great for work tasks.

Finally switched from pc to console and was very relieved how easy the setup was. Also looks sick. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a overall solid prebuilt!

I was in the market for a pc and decided on this one and i absolutely love it such a good purchase

As my first ever gaming pc purchase, it is excellent, runs games smoothly after some minor tweaks via the Nvidia control panel, would 10/10 recommend

Excellent cooling, great selection of parts as well! And cheaper than building it yourself with current ram and ssd prices!
