A: I figured this out on my own. This instructions in the box were for a different model. This PC has 1-piece of plexi glass the wraps from the front face of the pc to the back left side of the pc. There are not 2- screws to remove (per instructions in the box) Lay the PC on its right side. (metal side) Place fingers in the grooved notch on the top left on the back of the PC. Place fingers at the bottom of the left side of PC & push forward towards the "front" of the PC. It slides straight off. I hope this helps

A: Its possible, go to Windows setting, Personalization, Dynamic Lighting, and then set brightness to 0. But if you want to turn of RAM, you need to install Gigabyte Control Center. You also can control rgb in that app.

A: Thank you for reaching out. The liquid coolers we use are factory-sealed before they arrive, and they are designed to be maintenance-free. No servicing is required throughout their lifespan.
A: Thank you for reaching out to us. The PC's ethernet port has a maximum speed of 1000 Mbps (1 Gbps).
A: I took this cpu back as it completely froze up. They sent me another one. Immediately on start up I knew I was in the clear. The liquid cooling hardware was not the same as the last one. CPU is running quiet at 35C. This is acceptable. Computer is super fast and runs all the games perfectly. Love a working Cyber!

First ever gaming pc for me at the young age of 33. Right out of the box it was easy to set up, other than the model with the glass the cover comes off differently then what the instructions said. I found a helpful comment that showed me how to safely get it off. The performance on this PC is way better than I have expected and ive had 0 issues and was able to game within 8 minutes of plugging the system in and going through the set up. Its so fast and can play any game on steam with great performance. If you buy this PC YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED.

Here is list of the components. Motherboard Asrock B860M-C PSU Apevia ATX-PR850W Memory 2 x T-Force 16GB Does not sync with the rest of the lighting. Neither does the mouse. It could be something I haven't gotten to figure out though. CPU AIO Watercooler Not really sure, couldn't find it online GPU PNY RTX 5060 TI M.2 DRIVE MSI M470 PRO 2TB Some things to keep in mind. It has a curved edge glass panel. Pretty cool. So you would have to plan for it to be on the right side of you desk to see the lights. It isn't crystal clear glass, it has a slight tint. You can control the lights on boot up in the bios. Some might cause you seizures, so fyi. It has support for 4 SATA drives. 2 SSDs mounted on on the other side of the motherboard. 1 HDD mounted under the box under the front fans. Not really sure where the last drive would go though. The 3 fans you see at the front are slightly angles toward you. This might affect future GPU upgrades. You will have to measure it, but it looks like its gonna cut it super super close if you use a bigger GPU. GPU usage is dead quiet. CPU usage you can hear the whirl up. I've had it for 2 weeks. The lights went out on the keyboard. Other than that, its all good.
