Product Manuals
A: I haven't used a warmer oven, so be aware that I don't know how to use one. However, both ovens on my Decor 30" Heritage Double Oven-Pro SS can be se as low as 100 degrees Fahrenheit, so that, or a slightly higher temperature, would seem adequate for most warming duties. This setting can also be used for proofing bread dough. I checked the 100 degree settings on the Convection Bake and Convection Broil settings. I hope this helps.
