The Definitive Technology Dymension DM40 speakers deliver impressive sound clarity with crisp highs, detailed mids, and a wide, room-filling soundstage. Music and movies both sound immersive, with excellent separation and surprisingly robust bass from such a slim tower design. What made this purchase even better was finding them as floor models at roughly half the retail price, making them an outstanding value for the performance they provide. Highly recommended for anyone looking for premium sound without paying full price.

Great towers, big sound, small footprint

Great towers from Definitive. The bipolar design has no problem creating a big soundstage and filling my large family room with high ceilings. Would have loved to get the DM60s or DM70s with the powered subs, but they were just too large. No regrets going with the smaller DM40s. Still sounds great.

Amazing Speakers as always from Definitive Technology. I wanted the larger ones but just do not have the room plus i have 2 Super Cube Subwoofers so needed something small yet loud and these are it!

I am currently using these DM40 towers as side surrounds in my 5.2.2 setup. They pair beautifully with the DM70 towers I use for my front L/R. They sound incredible, almost like wrapping you in a sound bubble. I am extremely happy with this new Dymention series from Def Tech. I came from the SVS ultra series that were also great but this new Dymention series is on a whole new level.
