Spent some real time with this Dell before writing a review, and it's held up well across the things that matter most to me. Speed: The i7 1355U paired with 16GB of RAM is plenty for everything in my daily workflow — multiple browser windows open, video calls running, documents and spreadsheets going at the same time. Boot up is fast, the 512GB SSD makes file access instant, and I haven't run into the lag or stutter I had with my previous machine. Display: The 2K resolution makes a real difference. Text is sharp, colors are accurate, and it's bright enough that I don't have to squint near a window. The touchscreen has been a nice bonus when I want to scroll quickly or interact with something on screen without reaching for the trackpad. Battery: This was the one I was most skeptical about, but it's been a pleasant surprise. I can get through a normal work day without hunting for an outlet, and it charges back up quickly. Build quality is solid, the keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions, and the carbon black finish looks sharp without feeling flashy. For anyone looking for a reliable daily machine for work, this Dell is a strong choice

I recently bought a Dell computer and I’m happy with it so far. It’s fast, easy to set up, and handles everyday tasks smoothly. The design looks nice and the display is clear. The only downside was some extra pre-installed apps, but they were easy to remove. Overall, a solid purchase for the price.

The system works fine, It runs all tasks with speed and has helpful features with nice display resolution. However I was expecting higher efficiency on battery as specs mention 9 hrs and It only lasts less than half that time.

Great computer. Fast processor and was exactly what I needed to replace my old Dell computer.

Very easy to set up and use right away. Everything worked. I experienced a little bit of a speed lag loading some web pages and programs.

Good laptop but it can be better. No backlit keyboard and the battery life is average. The build is average with creeky sounds when little pressure is applied to the keyboard.

Love this laptop! What I love even more is the Geek Squad! I am not at all tech-oriented and they always pull me through all my difficulties.

At the price point received for the "Deal of the Day" - this laptop checks all the boxes (have 3 separate monitors attached to it - working great)

I went shopping online at Best Buy for a laptop with plenty of memory and fast enough to manage my business and I found a great deal on an "open box" laptop. It was delivered, I set it up and it's working beautifully. I am a Total Tech Support Member and that makes me comfortable ordering Open Box online. Plus we really like Best Buy, and drive an hour to get to our Hickory NC store.

So far so good on the new laptop. However I’d really like to give a big shout out for the people in the geek squad! Each person I dealt with was fabulous!!! They even got my old laptop running enough to transfer and capture all my data that I did not have backed up! I’m forever in their debt.

Outstanding computer! No reps were available so an IT guy who walks with a cane helped me and gave his recommendations. I had no idea how one laptop was different from another except for price. He was a great help. Please give him some soft of praise.
