Bought this to replace a Lenovo with no space left on it. Girl at Best Buy suggested this as it was on sale. So glad I bought it. Don’t really need that it converts to a tablet, but more than enough space for me as I’m not an online gamer and lots of spreadsheets and documents. Light up keyboard is great. Only complaint if I had one is that the SD card sticks out where the micro card on the Lenovo sat flush so I have to be careful I don’t bust it by accident when I’m moving it. Not a deal breaker and I love the laptop.

I like the keyboard lights and quality of the screen. Colors are chrisp and clear. It is lightweight and easy to carry.

Camera doesnt support Windows Hello facial recognition. Aside from that its a snappy little thing. I wiped the drive and reinstalled windows to get rid of all the dell software that comes preinstalled. I have no complaints, would recommend.

Great laptop for a very good price! Works well for work or personal use. Screen is sharp and doesn’t lag when using multiple applications. Happy with this Dell product and another great purchase from Best Buy!

I absolutely love this laptop. From the touch screen, the screen size and being able to fold the screen while trying to multitask with school and work projects. The display screen is also 5 stars as well, so in love with my laptop.

I bought it for my dad when it was on sale!! The features (the ability to use it as a tablet, copilot etc) are worth what I paid for. It was easy to use. Hope it lasts long.
