When my HP laptop died, I needed a replacement PC that also had a CD/DVD drive. I decided to get the DELL desktop PC because of internal improvements, SSD drive, USB 2.0, 3.0 and USB-C. I also upgraded the internal RAM and SSD drive, and purchased a secondary SAMSUNG T55 27” Monitor to go with this unit.

This new computer replaced our HP tower we got in 2009. It is so much faster and responsive. Setup was a breeze and it connected to our internet really quickly after all the passwords were input. This is the 3rd Dell computer I have had and I will not not buy any other in the future. I’ll be a Dell user for now on!

I bought this computer to replace my 10 year old XPS. It's way faster and seems to be doing a great job! So glad I upgraded!

I was looking for a computer with just enough memory to run my music production and audio engineering and wanted to purchase a lesser Dell with a lower price point. Fourtunately they didn't have the one i wanted and for i wanted to pay, i ended up with this one and for the price point, I was able to get more expansion for my RAM as well as faster capabilities when downloading software. Great computer!! Would buy this one again.

I waited a month before leaving a review. Now that I've had it for a while I'm not too impressed with this computer. For one thing it is way over priced for what you get. The case, keyboard & mouse are about as generic as you can buy. The DVD+ optic drive is basically a cheap laptop optic drive. Windows 11 continually freezes up on me every 2 hrs. The inner components are decent enough but can't get over the continual freeze ups while browsing. I have an old HP Pavillion that is running strong 12 yrs later, I should of just upgraded that one.

I've had this unit for a few months and while I think it was a bit too pricey, the CPU is excellent and it has plenty of USB ports which was useful for me, and even a disc drive, which is all too rare now. It's also compact so it doesn't take up much space. I'd say the main thing holding it back is that I don't think this unit is designed to really upgrade the GPU to any substantial degree. There's not enough info about this unit online but I think it only takes specific types. You can upgrade the RAM which is already pretty good and presumably the solidly large 516gb SSD (really less due to Windows 11 bloat plus storage always being a large fraction less than advertised). As is though it runs really well and can run some lighter games. The base SSD being higher than what I'm used to is very much appreciated too.

Includes an internal cd/dvd drive. Was not able to get this at Dell on the same model, even after I called them. Wish it had 1TB SSD. And my biggest mistake was the graphics card is basic on this model. My new monitor works but not to its full ability. The price is good considering it is 12th gen Intel (newest at purchase date). It is fast, comes on instantly, quiet. Win 11 was the base OS on it (meaning not upgraded from 10 to 11). I like it but am still debating about upgrading the graphics card.

Having waited to get my computer for the longest time has made me understand how good the computer I have is now. I bought my last computer in 2014 as I was beginning to complete my bachelor's degree. That computer saw me through my bachelor's degree, my teaching program, and my 1st couple years in the classroom. I should have gotten a new one but I didn't. Then came Covid, lock down and having to teach virtually. That did my old computer in. It wasn't until this year that my computer finally quit on me and forced me to get a new one. I couldn't be happier though with the one I have now. Its fast and dependable. I love that it reminds me when it needs updating. It gives me a great deal of peace of mind as it does with ease things my old computer struggled with and then some.

Compared to an 8th generation Intel Core i7 compact HP desktop with only 8 GB of memory, this one is so much faster. Boot up time with the SSD drive is like a miracle. So far, I'm not crazy about Windows 11, but I'm sure I'll learn to adapt.

I upgraded from an i7-10700 and the difference in speed is amazing. The only drawback was installing the nvidia card from the old computer to the new Dell. The nvidia card works fine in the Dell but doesn't fit in the compact case. So I had to leave the side panel off. Not a problem - this Dell is very quiet even with the case open.

A very powerful desktop. It is so much quicker than my old one. I really like this computer. It is very quiet. The only thing I have a small issue with is the c drive the one that pops out to load a disc, I have to hold the bottom of it to get the disc on the table. Other than I think it is terrific.

So far so good, this machine is replacing an 8 year old HP. Speed is great, boots up fast, and has enough USB ports for our home office needs. To run dual monitors you will need an HDMI and a display port cable. If your monitors don’t have a display port then you can grab a display to hdmi adapter.

Works well. Poor SD card slot quality. Poor Flash drives quality - seems lose and moving too much comparing to my DELL laptop. My USB-3 blue flash Kingston drive is continuously looping if plugged into USB2 black slot. Dell technicians advised that I talk with software advisors but would need to pay for it. Desktop is on warranty but apparently it does not cover the Windows technical assistance. Graphics are poor, would really need a graphics card, but power supply is only 360W. I suggest to get a better=more expensive DELL model.

Bought as a gift for my husband. It is so much faster than our 10year old HP. So glad we updated our home computer. It is a nice size too between a full size home computer tower and a mini. Learning his way around Windows 11 has been his biggest challenge so far.

I love my new desktop computer. I have been using Dell computers for many years except for the last 7 years I had a Lenovo which was fine. This desktop is extremely quiet and extremely fast. I have no complaints so far. I would highly recommend. The size is very small.
