Unhappy
This computer did not work when I received it. After back and forth communications the company sent me a return label and paperwork. They said they would fix it or send me another refurbished dell. To be honest I just want my money back. I need this for work and its going on 3 weeks now. I will never by refurbished again.

Disappointed
Keys did not work on this laptop I was very disappointed I also not real sure why I go to Best Buy for all my computer buys and I just realized this did not come from Best Buy I’m very disappointed this was my daughters Xmas gift and we still haven’t gotten her one yet sorry can’t take pictures I’ve already returned it
