Pretty good for the price
It’s really good and everything in the picture came with the computer and work. But the Wi-Fi doesn’t work I need to plug in the computer to access the internet so 4 stars.

Not Very Pleased With The Purchase
I understand this is a refurbished product, but the extremely slow performance is ridiculous. My son chooses not to use the computer because of its extremely slow performance. It shouldn’t take multiple attempts and a few restarts just to load Microsoft edge. The “gaming” aspect of this pc hasn’t even been fulfilled due to the disappointing load speeds. How can we play a game if the simple internet browser doesn’t load? This PC will randomly disconnect from our WiFi, while it is less than 20ft away from our router. Unfortunately, we are not happy at all with our purchase. We’d rather return the PC than continue to be disappointed on any attempt to use the PC.

OK but no monitor cable in package
This item seems satisfactory EXCEPT for the fact that it arrived without a monitor cable. This necessitated going out and purchasing one. Not good.
