BEWARE!! Do not buy!!

Best Buy will not back up these reconditioned computers. I bought this less than a month ago. it is the slowest computer I have ever had. It takes 4 min. just to start up. I talked to Geek squad and was told to bring it in. After driving 50 miles to the store they told me they won't help with this in any way because it came from a third party on their web site. The people who rebuilt said it is because it has a HDD instead of an SSD. I have had a lot of different computers and have never had one that took this long to start up. So don't buy anything reconditioned from Best Buy!!
