I am partial to DELL computers and so when I saw this Great Deal on Best Buy I bought it. I received the desktop computer and it would not power up. (Hey. It just happens sometimes.) I notified the Seller and they were quite helpful in confirming the diagnosis, helping me to return the dead desktop, and sending me the replacement computer. I just received the replacement desktop and it Fired Right Up and I am very pleased with my purchase. I am using the computer now and it is a Great Machine! Perfect for my Home needs. So not only was the computer a Great Deal, but the Seller's Customer Service was timely and helpful.
