The Devialet Phantom Gold did not meet the standard of quality that I have come to associate with your brand. The materials used to glue woofer felt cheap, Wish I can attached pictures where right side of woofer small circle (not sure what you call) fallen off after using this product. Seems like your engineering team have not tested the quality of material use over period of time. Repair scam team is asking me repair cost $1600. DO NOT BUY

I recently visited two different Best Buy locations—Mira Mesa and Carmel Mountain—expecting a reasonable resolution for a serious safety issue involving one of your in-wall speaker products. While the sound quality of these speakers is truly outstanding, the small clips meant to secure them failed, causing the unit to fall and nearly injure my daughter. This is not a minor concern—it’s a dangerous design flaw. Despite this, I was shocked to learn that neither store was willing to accept a return or offer a refund. This is incredibly disappointing, especially considering I’ve spent over $40,000 at Best Buy on tech during my recent move. I expected better customer care and accountability from a company I’ve long trusted. At the very least, I believe this issue deserves a serious review—not just for my family’s safety, but for others as well.

Amazing sound!! Versatility and ease of use I have an 11.2 Dolby Atmos theater in my home and while the phantom doesn't out perform this set up. It fills the space with rich accurate sound!!

I ordered 2 Devialet speakers on July 19. Its Sept 2 and I still have yet to receive my order! I'm thinking of calling my lawyer to expedite and receiving some type of discount or compensation. Bad business. (First world problems i guess. But this is ridiculous. They already took my money! I received the stands, but that's it. Probably the last time i purchase anything from BB. I'm sure the product is great. It the no urgency to deliver what i ordered.

What can I say? Devialet! Had a Phantom 1 on my bucket list for years. Had some good luck, was able to purchase two (62, fading fast) Unbelievable Can't go over 50% with out neigbbor intervention. Bought inverter to take to the woods. Be fore warned

I have this speaker on my third floor and it connects to my first floor router.Five minute easy setup.The bass is amazing.Very pricey but worth it.

For the price, you would expect what these other reviews report. In reality the bass is weak and the sound is mediocre at best. I've had much better sound from Klipsch and lesser brands at prices 10x lower.
