Well its not an Otterbox, but I do like the protection it offers for the lens. Though I do wonder about the hinge breaking on the lens door. The case is rather slippery to the hand. It will slide in/out of pants pocket, however I'd prefer that grip of a rubber like material on the outside. No shock absorbing material on the corners. Again just my opinion of the case. It came very well packaged - which probably cost as much as the case.
