Not as advertised with no help from BEST BUY
Crazy! I purchased this DJI drone software package assuming the software package that was advertised would be included. The software that was provided by a link to a download was almost completely different. After numerous attempts to address this contacting Best Buy and Beach Camera by the Best Buy app and store visits with no success, I realized only phone calls to Beach Camera proved to be the only way to get some traction. Best Buy did nothing but encouraged me to keep contacting Beach Camera. I finally was able to convince Beach Camera that I did NOT receive the correct software, and they admitted it and I showed that they had advertised the exact same software package for $99 that was supposed to be included. The best Beach Camera could do was credit me $63 for the fact the software was not as advertised. I made it clear that I would download one of the software items since it was the same in the download that they had provided me. That software the GRFX Studio Pro later proved to be inoperable. My only alternative was to return the item and be subject to a 15% return fee. The BEST BUY Total membership gives you no assistance but encouragement from BEST BUY. I will never buy from a Marketplace Vendor ever again. To not get what you were led to believe was included and then have no assistance from BEST BUY and challenges to just speak to someone at Beach Camera I wasted so much time and ultimately Beach Camera could not provide operable software.

Great Drone.
This DJI package was probably the best bang for the buck, considering it came with the extra batteries and other stuff. But it's a lot of fun to fly and has some pretty nice features built into it. Perhaps a bit pricey, but like I said, it's a lot of fun too. I ended up buying 2 more batteries to extend my flight time, so I can fly it for quite a while before I have to start re-charging the batteries and the controller. It was well worth the money when you consider the whole package. I would recommend buying the "Fly More" package if you are considering buying one of these. Have fun.

Totally satisfied
I loved the drone, the controller’s screen has excellent quality, and the telephoto camera gives the shots an incredible perspective. I’m completely fascinated with my new drone.
