A good value, but results will vary. Since stock is hard to find, I purchased Certified Refurbished. Here are the issues with my kit: 1 of the 3 batteries does not charge. The two standard USB-C cables were not included in the box. One of the ND filters has a scratch. All of the original owner's flight data was on the remote--I don't believe any refurbishing took place. It had been flown for 4 hours. On the bright side, the original owner left 2x 512GB SD cards inside. On the downside, it included the owner's photos and videos. This is obviously a big security issue; the original owner is easily identifiable. In the end, I saved a few hundred dollars buying refurbished, but it's ~$130 for an Intelligent Flight Battery on Amazon, and $15 for two high-quality Anker 240W USB-C cables.

I have a drone business. I needed a drone as the previous drone I had was down. Best Buy took the time to help me find that drone in a time when DJI has a limited supply of drones and is very hard to acquire right now. Thank you Best Buy for locating me the drone I needed to continue on with my day today business. It was a Mavic three pro.

I was hoping to get something decent but my refurbished came with a broken gimble video feed was choppy i had tried everything then upon further inspection to see if there was any blockage the gimble mount side was loose from the socket so I returned it back. I did not buy the warrenty and should have.

I just received my delivery of a Refurbished Mavic 3 Pro Fly More Combo. It was evident that the drone had not undergone a detailed refurbishment process. It appeared to be a used drone that someone had returned without any refurbishment process. I called the 1-800 number, and they suggested I take it to the local store to return it or see if any resolution can be agreed to. The Best Buy associate I talked to on the phone was very professional and helpful. All I have done so far is open the box and view the drone. I may try and fire it up to see how it works, but at first glance, one of the propellers was bent and damaged to the point I would not feel comfortable using it without swapping it out. I would expect that an easily replaceable item like this would have been replaced if truly refurbished. This leads me to believe there may be other issues. I understand cosmetic scuffs and scratches on a refurbished unit, but not outright damage. I will post an update, but I can not recommend buying a refurbished drone from Best Buy at this time.

This is an amazing 3 camera photography drone with a very capable remote controller. However good my review, it may not matter as it appears that DJI may be permanently locked out of the US market. I bought a refurb as it was the only way to find one. Actually, I urge caution on this too. The 1st refurb seemed to work but after an hour or so of use, I had connection issues and the video had weird striping. The BB testing obviously wasn’t thorough enough to catch that. I’m also worried about long-term care. I don’t think BB has access to replacements or parts for the invariable problems.

I am insanely satisfied with this purchase of the Geek Squad certified Mavic 3 Pro drone. After an awful experience with an online camera retailer I've used for years, I was hesitant but couldn't pass up the deal because of the price. The box was damaged and I'm guessing that's why it was returned. But when I opened it up, it appears to be brand new. The drone still had all of the stickers applied that you have to remove before use and all of the batteries, parts and accessories were still factory sealed. I took everything, charged the remote and batteries, downloaded updates and was in the air in a short time. Everything works as expected. The only glitch was the drone had already been activated. So, I had to go through DJI support, upload a video and was able to get DJI Care in about 1/2 and hour. Flawless, seamless transaction - and I saved about $800!

Easy to set up and fly. Not my first DJI but def priciest. Flying is so smooth and even in windy conditions there was minimal effect to video capture. Smooth flight.

Love the drone. However, there is a real lack of information or instruction with the unit. This does not appear to be the fault of Best Buy but the manufacturer. The unit does fly a little differently that the Mavic 2 Pro. It will just take some time to get used to. May need more in store help.

I use the Mavic 3 Pro everyday. The camera quality is second to none for any drone. The three lens Hasselblad camera enhances any color. From Astrophotography, Country, and to City Scenes. This is a must

Super happy with my drone purchased under the Geek Squad refurbished program saving a lot of money ($800) with basically a brand new drone, everything was brand new sealed except the drone and controller that maybe has been used once. The drone came with no DJI box but with a white box instead. Not a big deal due the fact we don't need the box since we open it. Definitely recommended to go through the refurbished program with Geek Squad!!

I wouldnt recommend buying anything from best buy. I was given fraudulent information by multiple best buy employees about the coverage on the refurbished drone we purchased. We were led to believe our best buy total tech membership would cover our purchase. We were assured this by multiple customer service employees, an in-store MANAGER, and a customer service supervisor. Only to be told sorry there was nothing they could do after our refurbished drone glitched mid flight and logged into the previous owners flight account disconnecting the remote from the drone and resulting in the drone crashing minutes after the disconnection. The only reason we ever purchased a refurbished drone was due to the fact that best buy could not provide us with a new model when we took our original drone in for repair/replacement under the total tech plan. They wouldnt provide us with a new drone and wouldnt give us our money back to go buy it elsewhere. When you by the refurbished drone you will only get 90 days warranty and after that its 100% on you if something happens to it. Take your money elsewhere and spend it with a company who is willing to properly correct their employees mistakes when they dont understand the company policy. I wiuld also like to mention that the total tech plan does NOT explicitly exclude refurbished items from their coverage policy. So after we were promised by employees and reviewing the policy we felt comfortable proceeding with the purchase. Wow were we wrong. Save yourself the struggle. We were however offered 10% off a new in box item if we wanted to return our refurbished drone (as long as it wasnt damaged) … a punitive offer at best.

Purchase drone back September, all I can say this drone is the best of the best drone out in the market couldn’t be happier with this purchase with the quality built and cameras picture and videos. Go get your self one won’t be disappointed…

One of the best folding drones money can buy, with the exception of the newly released Mavic 4 Pro. Bought refurbished and was like new. The telephoto lens is a game changer.

I had a lot of hurdles to jump, I had to re-register with the FAA, and then register the remote, it was a hassle, but now I am finally enjoying it, I wish the instructions were big enough to read

The box look extremely beaten up. I was worried at first but the drone was perfect. No major flaws especially for a refurbished unit. I was able to get DJI refresh by doing a video verification which you can google up.

Don't waste your time with refurbished from Best Buy. Received my drone and one of the batteries did not work. It took exactly 2 seconds to figure out. Apparently, that must have eluded the expert Geek Squad's evaluation. Honestly, that would not have been a problem, but when I took the drone to my closest Best Buy, the Geek Squad rep refused to look at the drone/battery and said my only option was return the drone and try again. She argued that refurbished purchases don't have any warranty without a secondary service plan, despite saying that there is a 90 day part/labor coverage on Best Buy's website. tl;dr: Drone good, Best Buy's refurbished program bad.

I was a little skeptical of the refurbished DJI drone but after going through all the items in the box and later test flying the Mavic 3, all was good! I got a really good deal!
