Q: Will this work with a Canon EOS 80D, please?
A: It will work with most cameras on the lighter spectrum. Ive never personally handled the 80D but it works well with my 70D. however, it will struggle with heavier cameras like the R5
Q: Will this work with an a7iii + f/4 24-105 G?
A: I have the same setup, works great!
A: As of the latest firmware release the a5100 is not listed as compatible. Without trying one out myself it's hard to say how it would react, but I would assume that the ONLY functionality that would work for you would be the gimbal phone and hand controlled movement and the general stabilization. I say this because you have to calibrate the gimbal manually anyway to align the center of gravity, so as long as the camera is within the weight capacity of the motors with whatever lens you are using, there is no reason for it not to work. You'd have to use a different mechanism to trigger your shutter, auto focus, etc. remotely, or use servo mode and the like to automate some of it. You would also not be able to use the Raven Eye expansion if you wanted the image transmitted externally for remote operations. For that reason if you do get one, I'd get the stand-alone and not the pro kit, as that will have hardware you will pay for but not be able to use.
Q: Will this work with a Sony a7 ii, with a 16-35mm lens?
A: Yes. That’s what I have and it works perfect.
Q: Does it supports Canon EOS R with Sigma 85mm F.14 EF lens ?
A: That combo should be well under the weight limit.
Q: Can you shoot vertically with this or just in landscape?
A: It can shoot vertically however its not very easy to control in that mode. It order to have more control, you have to take it apart and re-assemble it basically upside down. Theres youtube tutorials for that since its such a big design flaw.
Q: Will it work with. Canon EOS 700D?
A: Yes it will. It will work for most cameras on the light spectrum however it will struggle for heavier cameras like the R5.
Q: Can I use with Nikon z6ii with nikon 24-70mm?
A: I don’t have the Nikon but don’t see why not. Handles up to around 8 pounds. I use a 24-105.
