This vacuum has been a lifesaver! We have 5 animals & two kids so there’s always a mess to clean! Running this makes my floors look fantastic & my home feel so much cleaner! It is a little on the loud side so I usually run when nobody is home or just myself.

Very Happy with this Robot

Owned stationary mop pad vacuum/mop robot before this one and this one works much better. Mapping and obstacle avoidance is good. Self cleaning and emptying station works great. Anti-tangle brush works well. Carpet recognition is good. App is intuitive and has lots of customization and control over a lot of aspects. OEM replacement parts are not the easiest to find though. Overall, cleans great, floors feel very clean. Household with 4 kids, 3 dogs and 2 cats, mainly hard floors but with rugs.

On apr 25 of 2025 i paid 699 for a deebot t30s pro since day one i can't keep pads on it so im mopping all of it myself last year the people on internet raved about this thing. When it vacuums their detangle device clogs up in the last amount of pet hair so constantly having to clean head then to really make me mad couple months ago come out at 299 really i paid 699 less than a year ago 400 off classic case of the company screwing us hard working people tried to save some work. Created more i recommend you don't buy any of em they are junk until they make this right i totally dissatisfied.

Works great vacuuming but everytime i use the mopping it leaves lots of water droplets all over the floor i have to clean up, seems like the mopping plates are flinging the water off the mopping pads and not soaking into the pads. Tech supoort says bad mopping plates but do not have any to replace them with at this time. Not sure if gonna keep it yet.
