I recently purchased the Epson - WorkForce Pro WF-3720 Wireless All-In-One Printer to replace my trusty 20 year old HP pro copier scanner for my small business. I based my decision to buy this Epson unit on very positive on-line reviews & the affordable price. The Best Buy sale price brought the price below $100. The unit comes with a set of starter ink cartridges. The un-boxing, software installation to my Mac, ink installation & wi-fi setup was easy using the quick set up guide. The print quality is sharp & the print speed is fast. The LED screen on the unit which guides you through the functions is logically designed and intuitive to use. The ability to print & scan via wi-fi with the multiple computers in my business is a great feature & a helpful time saver. This Epson - WorkForce Pro WF-3720 Wireless All-In-One Printer is a perfect addition to my small business.

So far this seems like a pretty solid printer for home use. Are use it to print random things and make children use it for school projects. The print quality is good. The only thing I can say is that I seem to use a lot more ink than I would expect. I don’t feel like I’m printing a terrible amount of stuff but my cartridges seem to run out way sooner than I think they should. If you purchase this printer I highly recommend purchasing multiple color replacement cartridges to go with it. And to always have them on hand. This is because depending on what you print the cartridges will need to replaced at different times. If you are missing just one cartridge it won’t even allow you to print at all. Not even in black and white. I also highly recommend getting the XL replacement cartridges.

I was looking for a budget printer that has a flatbed scanner and the ability to fax and was efficient at printing B&W and I found it. Setup was quick, simple and my iPhone and Macs connect to it every time without hesitation. Even the firmware updates are extremely simple. People expecting high quality photo printer prints...here's some advice...get a dedicated photo printer. Would you get a 2wd Ford Escape to mud bog or rock crawl? No, you'd get a Jeep Wrangler or an H1 Hummer. This epson is a well rounded printer that does it all for the price!

Wireless/AirPrint and even designated printing via email. It's all here in this powerful and fast printer. Fastest I've ever owned. Epson is my new brand of printer going forward.

This is a great printer. It was easy to setup on the network and it worked great out of the box. No special configuration to get it to work. The print quality is just as advertised. "Performance Beyond Laser."

Will accept card stock, which was an important function. (My previous Epson printer did not and I print quite a few greeting cards.) The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I'm having problems selecting and printing different types of paper via the Properties setting (glossy vs plain paper).

It was kind of a mess getting it delivered, however now that it is here and all set up this printer is great. I can print from all my devices and I don't even have to be in the house. This purchase has turned out to be a great investment for my 9-5 and personal business.

I love this printer it does take some getting used to but overall it performs very well, it was easy to set up. It’s not too noisy, the print quality is really nice. It prints quickly my only disappointment with it is when you’re lifting up the unit to put the ink in the piece that holds it up seems a little flimsy but other than that the overall look of it is really nice. They delivered the unit quickly which was a definite plus. I recommend this printer.

Printer good for printing printable prints. Prints print when you want them to print. Remember print preview is on for PREviewing your prints.

I purchased this item when I started working remotely due to COVID-19. I needed a printer and scanner in order to do my job more efficiently. This printer was easy to set up and use.

For the price this printer will serve all your needs of course we know the hassle with ink refills but these are easy to switch out and not too expensive.

The price was excellent! It works great. Easy to use. The wireless connection makes printing and saving scans to the Cloud so much easier.

I just received this and I only printed a total of 114 sheets and it just said my ink is low and ordered another cartridge (black). I AM BLOWN. I brought this product because it says it will print 500 sheet black and 420 color.

Started a small business and it Gets the jobs done! Would love to see the setup instructions a little easier to understand to make the process easier to setup.

This printer is probably one of the worst investments I've made in the past year. Why? There are two reasons. One, the printer does not print if one color is low/missing. I could not even print in black (brand new cartridge). That's a nearly $60 investment on the ink just to print. The black ink cartridge is $19.99, and the CMY (color) cartridges are $38.99. Two, the ink does not even last long. I bought the black cartridge only 4 days ago, and after not even 20 pages, the supply status is nearly halfway (see picture). I'm not impressed, and probably won't ever buy Epson again.

Dear Chee, we appreciate your business and time in sharing your experience with your WorkForce Pro WF-3720 printer. Epson printers contain a permanent print head that needs to be charged with all colors to work. Even when you are printing black text only, a small amount of color ink is used to keep the print head charged, preventing air bubbles from entering. Air bubbles can damage the print head. Your Epson printer includes free technical support for the life of your product, so if we can help you with anything else, please contact Epson Support at (562) 276-4382; Hours: Monday – Friday, 6am – 8pm PT; Saturday, 7am – 4pm PT.
Sincerely,
Bobby D. – The Epson Team

My last Epson printers last me over 10 years and still work to this day. However I couldn't resist on a new Epson printer that was on sale. My granddaughter can have the old printer and can print as much as she wants...lol

Menus do not have proper back buttons making setup time consuming because you need to type information in multiple times and start over if you press the wrong button. Ink was low when I purchased the printer. The ink runs out after only 30 pages. I recently purchased color cartridges from the Epson website. I live 25 miles from Carson CA. where the ink was shipped from. Since then it has been shipped out of state to Colorado, Arizona and Nevada with stops in 7 different cities. Epson customer services says this is the most efficient way to send this package 25 miles. Extremely poor customer service for a sub par printer that prints very slow.
