So the printer is great, its small, easy set up and the mobile printing feature is great. However the issues is the ink. the ink comes with the printer, but 7 color copies and 20 black and white ones later the printer is saying one color is completely empty and 2 are critical low and black is at 1/4 already.. Then the new ink is 10$ less than the whole printer...they make after market for half the price, but apparently Epson new firmware isn't allowing those to work...So long story short unless you only print black and white find one with a better ink option....

After searching way to many stores for a printer, I landed on the Epson WP 2860. I knew I wanted a printer with separate ink cartridges not 1 combined color cartridge which is ultimately what attracted me to the Epson models. Everything was easy to set up right out of the box. We choose to set it up over the network versus a printer cable. I think print speed might be a little faster if we choose to use the traditional cable but we aren't running a print shop so its fine for us. I have noticed there is a little more of a lag when printing from wireless devices vs desktop. I also purchased a box of ink at the same time, thinking like my previous printer purchases that the trial ink would get you maybe 10 pages and then be done. Black of course ran out first and I did push it to the last little bit. On the Trial Cartridge I was able to print 69 black and white copies (probably could have gone a few more before noticing a diminish in print quality) and 31 color pages so far but still have about 1/4 of a cartridge left of blue, magenta, and yellow. I figured I would be getting an email for a review so when I changed it out I printed a history sheet. Overall I Would reccomend it to a friend. Touchscreen is easy to read, responsive to touch. If you forget how to do something it walks you through the prompts onscreen. Ive used it to print regular documents, 2 sided documents, a large amount of color pictures/graphics that came out crystal clear and scanned from both the top feed and flat top. I read other reviews about people complainting about it being noisy and honestly I dont find that to be an issue. My dishwasher is louder. For the pricepoint I dont think its a bad little printer.

This printer is very easy to set up. It is quieter than my larger HP printer I had. The print quality is very good and is easy to operate. It also fits nicely in my home office.

just purchased this last night and am taking it back today. i took a chance on it, being a new product and BB didn't even have one on display yet. print quality is not that great as far as i'm concerned. for it being a brand new printer, i'm surprised and disappointed at the thin white lines on the full page graphic that i printed. the machine is also rather loud when it prints. i think it will go through ink fast as the ink levels are already showing depletion after only printing 5 pages (maybe it's due to the "sample" cartridges that came with the printer). of the 5 pages that were printed, only 1 was a full page. 3 were test pages upon completion of printer install and the 4th was a small graphic. i'm attaching pictures of what i printed and the ink levels. i wanted to save on space and took a chance on the "latest" technology. i think i'll try a different epson printer. i have had good experiences in the past.

Wow, I have been really impressed with the performance of this product. Easy to set up. My daughter needed a two sided copy, and this printer did it. The Fax works great. Email a file to Printer from miles from home. I haven't found anything negative about this thing yet.

This printer is a low cost good home printer. Be aware that the ink that comes in the printer doesn't print nearly as many pages as expected. You will need to buy an extra black cartridge and a color set of cartridges when you buy the printer (or shortly thereafter). The cost of the ink is expensive in comparison to the cost of the printer. You will find this in any home printer purchase.

Purchased for use in an in home office. Works very well and takes up a relatively small space for a copier and scanner. Good quality. Do have to use advanced settings for photo printing.

I bought this all in one printer because it was compact so I can use it at work in my vehicle. The printer function works fine but my main use is to scan documents directly into my laptop. Unfortunately this main purpose has proved useless. It skips random pages of the document and when I try to open the document I get a pop up that tells me I have missing font packages. I’ve updated the drivers and still the same problem. Therefore this product for me is basically an expensive paper storage tray.

Good quality. Reasonable price. Ink is harder to find.

Love this Epson all-in-one, wireless printer. I have used all of the functions except fax and I have no complaints. It was easy to install and easy to use as well. Great purchase.

2 years in and the printer is still working fine and the print quality is good for its price. Some of the software updates consistently fail for some reason though. I don't think it is a big deal but it is annoying. Setting it up is somewhat easy as well with Windows devices.

I have been using this printer for two weeks. I really like the smaller footprint. Paper is easy to load. Printed copies are good. I am using it as a 'wired' printer.

Replaced my Canon with this after it decided to stop working after only having it 2 months. This one likes to jam up when scanning in multiple papers. But other than that, no issues.

I have had this printer for almost 2 months. Great print quality. Set up was okay. Needed to call support several time and finally got advanced support and they solved the problem. I have a Mac and the airport would not communicate with the printer. Something about 5 MHz and 2.4mhz.

Took me less than 20 minutes to setup (including testing ink and alignment quality, connecting to wifi, registering, etc). Always reliable, easy to AirPrint from phone.
