The convenient probe sheath protects both the thermometer and your hands when not in use, and features standard meat measurements for poultry, beef, pork, lamb and veal. The convenient pocket clip allows you to clip it directly onto your pants pocket or your chef's jacket to ensure it's right by your side when you need it. This thermometer is NSF certified and has a temperature range of -49� to 392� F (-45� - 200� C).
