The DH1-B is ergonomically designed to fit perfectly in your hand with a super smooth red comfort grip, and the long, 4.75" probe provides enough depth to measure even large items like turkey or roast. The step-down probe provides you with faster results and helps ensure moisture retention when cooking. The convenient probe sheath protects both the thermometer and your hands when not in use, and features standard meat measurements for poultry, beef, pork, lamb and veal. The convenient pocket clip allows you to clip it directly onto your pants pocket or your chef's jacket to ensure it's right by your side when you need it. This thermometer is NSF certified and has a temperature range of -49� to 392� F (-45� - 200� C).
