Q: Do you connect the Dual video doorbell to the WI-FI?
A: This particular model requires you to connect the Dual Cam Doorbell to the Eufy Homebase2 that comes with the package. The Homebase2 needs to be connected to your local network via an ethernet cable. It does not have an option to connect to Wifi unlike the Eufy Homebase3.

A: In most common scenarios, a fully charged doorbell can last for 180-day. eufy battery doorbell test was done in the following conditions: - Temperature: 68°F (20°C) - 10 motion detections per day - Recorded for 20 seconds each time motion was detected - Standby power consumption was included during usage time Battery life varies, depending on the number of times motion is detected, recording time duration, and environmental temperatures.
Q: Is this HomeKit compatible?
A: No, it supports Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant, but it doesn’t currently support HomeKit.
Q: Why does it say maximum operating temperature is 50 degrees Fahrenheit?
A: I guess they meant 50 Centigrade.
A: Yes and no. It comes with a 30 degree back plate that can be mounted left or right to get a better view. We used it on crown molding just to get it facing straight ahead. Hope that helps!

A: No, the product doesn't support it.

A: No the battery comes with a USB C-TYPE charger to charge this device
