This game is a great whole body work out and fun! I appreciate the Daily Workout feature as I don’t have to try to pick a specific workout to do and the workout is different every day. There are also 3 different time frames to chose from (20,30 or 40 mins). The game is very customizable and there are many other ways to work out, but I typically just do the Daily Workout. Definitely worth it!

We love this boxing game as we can compete who got the best score. My 9 year old boy also love it so much, especially when he noticed that he can buy songs with points, he's so excited he can buy "stay" song and more motivated to finish his daily mission. The game is really worth it when you want exercise in fun entertaining way.

Fitness Boxing is one of those rare workout games that actually works. It’s more than just punching the air, the movements get your whole body involved, and I’m often out of breath after just a few minutes. It genuinely gives me sore muscles the next day, which shows it’s doing its job! What I love most is how motivating it feels. The trainers are customizable, and you can unlock fun songs inspired by classics like “I Was Made for Lovin’ You” and “Material Girl.” It makes exercising feel stylish and upbeat instead of like a chore. If you’re looking for a home workout that keeps you moving and entertained, Fitness Boxing is absolutely worth it, whether you’re new to fitness or just want something that gets your heart pumping without feeling repetitive.

Great fun and competition for the whole family. We get great workouts from this interactive experience. However, the calories burned cannot be accurate, as it displays a ton of calorie burning...maybe its true.

This is a great update from the first 2 mainline games. Being developed by a different studio (syn Sophia), the graphics and performance have greatly improved on Switch 1, with better lighting, effects, and framerate. Works great on Switch 2 as well, solid 60fps with no drops, which is really nice for a rhythm based game. Gameplay-wise, it's like the others in the series, but with some new modes like sit-down mode and bond events with the trainers. There's a little amount of DLC as well, including new songs and the upcoming collaboration with Persona 5. Honestly though, the graphical improvements are enough to warrant the upgrade, making this my definite exercise game on the Switch.

I love this game! It's a great way to get up and moving without having a home gym.

For me, a good everyday light workout is important. I also have my mother, who is over 80 years old, do the sit-down workout.

Over all similar. Few less instructors. Maybe some will unlock as move through game. Miss the boxing glove punch images. Arrow are fine but gloves help me get my hands right. The big improvement is dynamic stretching. Great improvement. Good change up to game I really liked for fitness already.

The game is an excellent way to get moving everyday. Several different workouts and moves are available. Unfortunately, the game will only keep you entertained for so long. Repetition quickly sets in and there is not a lot of content. Coins you earn in the game are also in great abundance and not a lot if different things to spend them on. As far as exercise games go ring fit is still the best switch game I’ve played. The soundtracks are also not that great in thid game and the AI sounding voices can get somewhat annoying.
