Exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant, but this thing has made my morning rotuine and evening routine that much better! It helps relieve pain and get blood flowing!

I bought this vibration for my lymphthatic system which was causing pain and headaches because they weren't draining. Day 2 my headaches were gone as well as most of the pain and by 3rd day the pain was gone and my lympnodes stopped blocking up. This is a great machine for that. I haven't gone past level 1 yet. I started at 5 min a day now I am onto 10-15 min. I also noticed when i sit on my recliner and bend over to put hands on the vibration plate it opens somthing in my chest maybie my vagas nerve, it feels really good. Im hoping for more results as I continue to use it. It very well made and isn't to heavy to pick up. Customer service is fantastic.
