Got the Form 1 goggles for my birthday this weekend and was going to use them on Monday morning. Before you can use the goggles, "Form" forces you to sign up for a free month of their "premium" service, which I didn't want. They also require your credit card number for the "free" month. If it's free, why does "Form" need my credit card information? My guess is they are hoping you forget to cancel or cancel a day late and they get the extra monthly dues. As I don't bring my wallet into the swimming pool locker room, I didn't have a credit card to allow me to get started as advertised. I will have to wait until I sign up for the premium with my credit card. I'm just an older person who likes to swim for the enjoyment and exercise. I don't need the premium and resent having to give you my credit card after the goggles have been paid for. Not being able to use them after they were paid for is extremely disappointing. Won't recommend to anyone or purchase again in the future. .
