Product itself could be good. However, two weeks ago it was delivered and I opened it the next day with the bending in the pictures. I plugged in the AC to see if it works and it did. I hooked it up. Now it keeps on making these weird shaky noise. It's messed up because it's new and had ordered another ac from homedepot that came in perfect condition. Idk how hard you need to slam it to make such a damage best buy. Tried to call best buy, but they have that robot talking machine and can't talk to no one.

The Friedrich Chill Premier 6,000 BTU model is designed for installation in either a window or a wall opening. Following the instructions precisely, I installed it in a wall opening; it ran for only two hours—stopping intermittently—before shutting down completely and permanently. As an engineer, I noticed that in addition to the rear air vents, the unit has side vents; these are necessary for window installation but serve no purpose in a wall installation, resulting in insufficient airflow. I suspect the design calculations were flawed—the unit may work well for one application but is completely unsuited for wall installation. It appears that labeling it a "Window & Wall Air Conditioner" is merely a marketing ploy to obtain higher price.

Good brand, good reputation, easy installation and great cooling item. I had bought 2 already. Ione with bigger capacity for the kitchen and living room and one for 250 sq ft for the bedroom. I recommend it. Thank you.

Really good at cooling my home. I love that it can be used as both in wall and in window as long as you follow the instructions. Definitely worth the purchase.

very dissapointed. Sales person sell me the wrong size for a wall mount. its, too small and its not for a sleeve. so dissapointed!!
