HAPPY!!!!!!!!
Had to replace my air conditioner because it was corroded and dirty for more than 10 years but luckily Best Buy had it because I only shop at Best Buy with their fantastic warranty plus it's the only air conditioner that fits in my New York City Apartment LOL great fast delivery will definitely buy again if warranties out and it breaks down no negative problems with this air conditioner what kind of wish you was smart LOL but that's why they have Smart plugs

DAMAGED AND USED
A/C came in damaged and used. We bought a new a/c but it was damaged.

Best a/c for casement windows!
First of all they are hard to find, so I was ecstatic when I found this one. It was easy to install, cools off more than the 450 sq ft it recommends (and I mean cold), and it was in stock! Only con would be the noise--it's a tad bit noisy, but it's totally worth it.

Works nicely
Works very well. No issues so far. Kinda noisey but as to be expected with a window A/C unit. Glad it came with a mounting system also.

Great window AC
I live on the second floor. With a casement window it's tough to find an ac to fit. This model fits and provides superior cooling for my 200 sq ft. room. So happy to have found it.
