I installed this unit in my window with the slight tilt recommended in the manual, and it effectively cools almost my entire 450-square-foot apartment. The air conditioner is reasonably quiet on lower fan settings, and the economy mode does a great job of keeping the temperature constant. My only complaints are that the app is a bit buggy and often takes a few attempts to connect, and the remote is difficult to read; I wish it featured larger print with colored buttons for better visibility. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.
