I absolutely love the speed photo zone warning it gives you. Also the speed limit change warning it gives you. my old Garmin bit the dust after about 12 years of good service. The Lifetime maps is great and I will not have to worry about new roads and changes. I got this in Seattle while visiting my son on 6/10/19 and while driving around Seattle not knowing the lay of the land was extremely helpful having this. As we are From St. Louis, MO we don't always know how to get around Seattle.

Great GPS it works real well. The funniest part of it is when the woman voice saying different street names like Vimi ridge or Chenal.

Although this is not my first GPS, it’s the best, with all features wanted.

I just moved to Sacramento permanently and needed assistance in navigating the area. Garmin is the answer. Dial up the address or name of a place or restaurant and boom, you have instructions and a GPS map to show the way. Very happy with my purchase.

Purchased this for my wife who was assigned a new territory and not familiar with it, works great, no voice command but she said she doesn't need it.

Although I have built-in car GPS options, I still prefer the stand-alone Garmin unit which I place low on the windshield in front of me, so I never have to take my eyes off the road. Have used others Garmin is my choice for size, ease of use, and accuracy.. the only thing that keeps her from getting a five rating is that I wish it Said Street/Route names when giving directions, rather than just “turn, right, turn left”etc. I recommend

Difficult to navigate keep coming in and out on me

I haven't had my Garmin for too long, but so far I love it! Far exceeded my expectations for my first GPS (other than my phone). Easy turn by turn directions, written-shown-AND-spoken on the screen, easy to enter locations, gives the options of using highways or avoiding them if you wish, tells you when there are turns-bends-and curves- up ahead, shows the posted speed limits in the area and even tells you your speed that you are going and alerts you if you are going over the speed limit. I love the option of using TripAdvisor if I want to check out what's in the area for something specific. But my absolute favorite feature, that I don't think is mentioned in the product description, is the ability to add a back up camera to this gps and it will appear right on the screen when you reverse. Garmin sells the backup camera separately and it is a little pricey, but it's a great safety feature and nice option if your car did not come built with one already in. My only complaints are that sometimes the voice can randomly get lower while reading off directions for no apparent reason, and the battery only lasts an hour if not kept plugged in, so I would recommend leaving it plugged in while in use always. Other than that fantastic GPS and Best Buy usually has it on sale quite often! :)

Upgraded my old non-updated GPS for this one - this one is light, bright and very aware of its surroundings. Easy to use, very intuitive, a great value, and lifetime maps!

My old GPS was 5+ years old. I wasn't sure what to expect from a new one. This is superior in every way. Has great features, easy to use and gets me where I need to go. Lifetime updates is a major plus!

Solid gps, lifetime maps is a huge plus. Big screen, but not too distracting. Easy to use Garmin interface makes it simple to use without a learning curve.

The gps provides warnings of speed limit drops, RR Crossings, and school zones. It gives a momentary warning tone if you exceed the speed limit. It is not difficult to update the gps software and maps on line, and lifetime updates are included. Over all, it is an excellent gps at a reasonable price. I have had many GPS over the years and have always felt that Garmin was the best. It makes more sense than a dedicated car manufactures GPS and is easy to operate and transfer to any vehicle you drive.

Bought this for a friend. I have a Nuvi40lm and this model is far away superior. Larger screen is great and unit is more feature rich. I loaded data for her and used it to drive to her home an hour away. I was impressed when icons and sounds started to pop up for gas stations, rest stops and even $ sign I assume are for ATMs. I bought it on sale for $99 which was a terrific price for all the unit gives including life time map updates. When buying it my wife said I should get one but didn't. Sorry now that I didn't. Lesson learned, always listen to your wife.

You can't beat this for the price. It is so easy to use, and the map updates are great. Great size and excellent quality.

I had an old Gramin that I used for years, until a fatal drop where the screen cracked. I was unable to get it working again with a replacement screen, adn picked this model up instead to replace it. It works quicker and has many more features - a great upgrade to what I had already grown to use and depend on. Highly recommend! The ease of transferring all the other data I had stored in the other was a great plus also!

Excellent product. I bought this because my wife and I had a road trip planned from Vermont to Florida and I wanted a good GPS for the trip. I had a Garmin before which technically still works but is now 10 years old. This model is an exceptional replacement. Great screen, great price, just superb on every level and didn't let us down on the 2800 round trip to Florida and back. Highly recommended.

Being new to using a GPS I read the Owner's Manual twice. Setting up features was easy and very clear to understand. I'm pleased with the features and recommend this praiseworthy Car GPS.

Nice device with a lot of features. The reason I didn't give it stars is the short battery life, approximately 1 hour depending on the brightness setting. One thing you need to be aware of. Pushing the power button does NOT turn the unit off, it only puts the unit to sleep/standby. In order to turn the unit off, you need to press and hold the power button until a second screen pops up that offers you the option to turn it off.

It's a great garmin for a great price with lifetime updates
