I got this as a gift for my husband about a month ago, and he loves it so far. He loves the longer battery life, compared to his previous Samsung watch. He is very happy with the durability of it and how he was able to customize it to watch he wants to have accessible to him and it's comfortable to wear during workouts. Still learning more about it, but great watch so far!

Best watch I ever had. The main thing for me was the battery life. I was tired of always charging my watch every few days, now. I don’t charge my watch until 20+days; Also, having the option to charge it via solar I got to say it’s pretty cool! I would like to also add that this watch helps so much by increasing my productivity at the gym. It’s like having a personal trainer next to me tracking every lift, every reps, and every breath I take.

I have been using for a couple months now and absolutely love this watch. So many more features than the other smart watches out there. I bought this to replace my Apple Watch and I would never go back. Battery literally lasts for AT LEAST a week and a half with 24/7 wear. It tracks my HR constantly and also my O2 levels throughout the night. Awesome looking watch as well. Great for running and working out as well. It gives you so much insight into your health stats. Definitely takes awhile to learn how to use all the features tho. Would 100% buy again and will be sticking with Garmin.

I’m really impressed with this Garmin watch. The best part for me is the battery life. It’s so frustrating to charge my Apple Watch EVERY DAY. I’ll would recommend this watch, specially if you do any kind of exercises.

I originally purchased the amoled version only to traded it back for the solar version after realizing I preferred the battery life over the vibrant display. Honestly love everything about this watch. It was an upgrade from the original fenix 7(stainless steel).

This smart watch really caters for the folks that are tracking their lifestyle. your everyday activity and health points. I appreciate that it does that with accuracy. The bonus point for me is its ability for scuba and free diving recording. I am an iphone and generally uses apple environment but this watch i think beats the ultra for what i need it for. The only i dont like are that you will have to download supporting apps for some of its use and customization.

I purchased this watch to be able to track certain health features. I also wanted a watch to be a watch, not a computer on my wrist. I have had other smart watches including apple. Apple's integration is the most seamless with connectivity if you use apple products. I was not looking for this. I did not want my wrist buzzing from messages and phone calls. While this phone has that functionality, I was able to turn it off. The charge on the battery has lasted anywhere from 8-12 days depending on usage which is amazing. It also has solar to help extend the time in between having to charge the watch.

It has a 47mm size that feels lightweight on my wrist, and the solar charging feature is a big plus—this means I can use it for longer without worrying about running out of battery, which is perfect for long hikes or trips. The watch tracks my runs, heart rate, and even has modes for different sports like swimming and cycling. The screen is clear and easy to read, even in bright sunlight. Plus, I can get notifications for messages and calls right on my wrist, so I don’t have to keep checking my phone. I’ve been very happy with the Garmin Fenix 8 overall. I use it every day for workouts, running, hiking, and general activity tracking, and it has become something I rarely take off. Battery life is one of the biggest positives. I like not having to think about charging it every day, especially when traveling or using GPS for longer activities. Even with regular workout tracking and everyday use, the battery performance has been excellent. The GPS and activity tracking have also been very accurate in my experience. Whether I’m running, hiking, or tracking a workout, it locks onto GPS quickly and gives me consistent data. I also really like having my training, recovery, heart rate, sleep, and other health and fitness information together in one place. Performance has been solid. The watch feels responsive, the display is easy to read, and it handles everything I use it for without feeling like a normal smartwatch that needs constant attention. My biggest dislike is probably the price. It’s an expensive watch, and there are a lot of features that I probably won’t ever fully use. Garmin’s menus and the number of settings can also feel overwhelming at first, so there is definitely a learning curve. Overall, though, the Fenix 8 has been a great fit for how I use a watch. If battery life, GPS accuracy, durability, and detailed fitness tracking are more important to you than having a traditional smartwatch, it’s an excellent option.

First off the watch had me sold on the light… I’m hands on 365 days a year and it’s brighter than my iPhone flash light! Other features I may not use but hey I’m no fitness tracker! Will highly recommend just the fact of the flashlight! The battery is another plus! My Apple Watch wouldn’t last a day! This one will last three weeks!
