This is one of the least expensive Garmins, and it is wonderful for general navigation. Directions are clearer than older model garmins, and so far it has found every address searched. Ordered online, and it arrived in just a few days. I am totally satisfied with this purchase!

My portable GPS was really outdated, and I wanted a newer one. My current one was a garmin, and I wanted another garmin. This was just what I wanted and works great.

Advantages: - Maps for USA and Canada - Lifetime Maps Updates - Picture of Exits (only for Interstate Roads) - Offers different routes when looking for directions - Easy to enter addresses, no need to write the city to begin. - Warning sound when entering school zones. - Good Price. Disadvantages: - No traffic info, but to be honest I had that service on a previous GPS and it showed me a red warning only when I ALREADY was in the middle of the traffic jam. No need. - No Bluetooth, but it has good voice sound, then you don't need it either.

Very nice GPS, easy to use the 4 square menu is great it has locations near you programmed. If you don't have the address you can enter the name of the location. Example if you don't know best buy address just enter the word Best Buy and select the Best Buy you want.

Great GPS for local and over the road. Easy to set-up and use. Offers information on what is coming up and you can search for fuel, food, and other.

I have been using Garmin products for quite awhile now and currently run one in my own vehicle and picked this one up for my wife. With this particular model I am that happy with, it will do the job but the quality just dosnt feel like my other Garmin models have been Mainly the touch screen seems to be off centered. Meaning when you go to make selections on the screen and you would normally tap centered on what your selecting it will not work, you will have to tap off center and to the left side for it to work This is seen real easy when entering letters and numbers when selecting address's. Other then this issue it performs as it should on average, my other Garmin models seem so much better. If I had to option to change this model I would certainly do so and pass on this model by Garmin,

Bought this for our daughter to get to and from college. We have one as well and didn't hesitate to get her the same product.

This is my 2nd Garmin Nuvi in 13 yrs. It's easy to use and easy to save my favorite locations. I uploaded all my saved locations to my computer and quickly downloaded them into the new unit. Good to go! As a road warrior...it's my right hand. I tested other brands, but none are as simple as the Garmin Nuvi.

garmin is life when driving trucks for delivery! always look for LM for lifetime maps. when you first get check for a update and do so about every 6 months

Have used Garmin in the past, and like the way they function. Previous Garmin didn't have Canada included in North America so had to purchase this one to give the coverage needed.

We got this for our son. He is still learning to pay attention while learning to drive and this is really helping him get around.

I bought this GPS to replace the one I had (that was also a Garmin). I wanted one that had a bigger screen and better voice prompts. This fit the bill.

any garmin with free map update for life is the way to go. garmin always holds up and get my trucks there on time with the best route and directions.

Excellent GPS sync time, voice route directions are clear and responds quickly to minimize missing a turnoff.
