Good quality videos but the app sucks, trying to get the videos of photos or even connect to it is a mission (iPhone)

Hello there, this is the freshly bought Tandem, I found it's totally impossible neither to retrieve a live feed from the device nor to perform a system firmware update though the Drive app. App returns following error messages: 'Something came up. The application has cancelled the request to choose a device.' 'We weren't able to send the update to your device.' Never expected such an attitude from this manufacturer, once was reliable, specifically for this kind of money. Do not make haste to buy it.

180 FOV, extremely compact No display so you have to use your phone to get the video off. This is time consuming but the video is very good. Having to have parking cable to provide power while parked is a costly burden

Seems to record great video, great field of view on both Lens, covers complete interior in cab, and good range in the front. I believe there is more wiring that needs to be purchased for the recording if you’re car is tampered with while not in it. Instructions are vague and No details

This is my first dash cam so I don't have anything to compare it to but this dash cam works great on every level. The video quality for the main camera is great but the quality on the inward-facing camera could be better. The cable that came in the box was the perfect length to wrap around my car and be hidden. Setup was easy and the app that you use to retrieve video and pictures works really well, albeit a bit slow when loading or exporting the videos. The voice commands work relatively well whenever there isn't much road noise, but is a useful feature nonetheless. Over all, great dash camera so far. I will try to update this review as time goes on.
