I’ve been really impressed with the Garmin Venu 4 overall. The functionality is excellent and it does a great job balancing fitness tracking, health monitoring, and everyday convenience. The health features are probably my favorite part — being able to track sleep quality, blood oxygen levels, heart rate, stress, and workouts all in one place has been genuinely useful. The fitness tracking is accurate and detailed without feeling overly complicated. I also appreciate the smaller quality-of-life features, like the built-in flashlight option, which ends up being surprisingly handy more often than expected. Battery life has also been solid compared to many other smartwatches. My only real complaint is the stock watch band. It feels a little cheap compared to the quality of the watch itself. The good thing is that it’s very easy to replace, and swapping to a better band completely changes the feel of the watch. Overall, it’s a great smartwatch for someone who wants strong health and fitness features without sacrificing everyday usability.

The battery life is great as far as I can tell. A little over 8 days before a charge is needed. Great nutrition and overall health tracking. Options for exercise recommendations and diagrams for each activity - with lots to choose from. Morning and afternoon reports are displayed for your overall sleep ratings and daily stress and physical activity. Recommendations for sleep schedule and tracking of your body battery. The GPS is great too. I like the graphs, and all the data. The feeling of having a HUD on my wrist.

I purchased the Garmin Venu 4 after a LOT of research and comparisons to many other smartwatches available. My main reason is for tracking my blood sugar in real time (connected to a DexCom G7 monitor). The Venu tracks my heart rate, steps, and so much more. It lets me know that it’s time for a move break and get active. It reminds me to begin to wind down for the evening before bedtime. The “Body Battery” tracker has been more useful than I thought it would when I was comparing features. The Venu also has great battery life. A lot of the other smartwatches on the market need to be charged everyday. I can go without needing to charge mine for more than a week at a time. The thing that I like about the Garmin the most compared to other smartwatches that I looked at… It is a constant reminder why I purchased the Venu 4. I purchased it to be more healthy and not to have a little smart phone on my wrist.

I’ve been using the Garmin Venu 4 daily for several weeks, and it’s easily one of the best smartwatches I’ve owned. The setup was simple and intuitive, and the interface is responsive and easy to navigate. I use it primarily for health and performance tracking, especially sleep data, heart rate, and recovery insights. The sleep tracking has been spot on, even distinguishing between REM, light, and deep sleep accurately. It’s helped me identify how my CPAP use and workouts affect my rest and overall energy. The Body Battery feature is surprisingly useful and aligns closely with how I actually feel day to day. The watch feels premium and fits comfortably on the wrist. I appreciate the slightly larger screen and clean layout of the data fields during workouts. Battery life is excellent; I typically get five to six days per charge with continuous tracking, notifications, and GPS use. Connectivity with my phone is solid, and syncing to Garmin Connect is quick and reliable. I also love that it pairs seamlessly with my fitness and nutrition tracking setup. Overall, the Garmin Venu 4 strikes a great balance between functionality, comfort, and battery life. If you care about accurate sleep analysis, reliable health data, and overall ease of use, it’s a fantastic choice. Highly recommended. I upgraded from a Venu 2, but a new user will find the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend a screen protector, or hard shell case. This model relies significantly more on the touchscreen functionality instead of physical buttons, so a deep scratch could render your investment moot. Don't skimp on this! I spent 15 bucks on a screen protector and its already paid for itself twice in two weeks of ownership, and I am very careful.

LOVE this fitness watch. Coming from a Fitbit, to an Apple Watch, back to a Fitbit and then to this one, I'll never not have a Garmin. I was convinced into it by my best friend, but I have zero regrets. This watch is accurate and full of interesting information and health data. It's made getting back into my active routine actually FUN. It's barely noticeable on my wrist, but I sure to miss it when it's charging. Not that I've had to do that often because this thing lasts forever. The user interface is intuitive and so easy to use and customize, and the companion apps are great. My only complaint is I spent so many years without a Garmin. Oh, and the flashlight? The silliest thing you never knew you would NEED and love.

The Garmin Venu 4 has honestly beaten my Apple Watch Ultra 3, and I sold the Ultra 3 to help pay for it. Battery life is amazing. I'm getting 11 days on a charge, which isn't close on the Apple Watch. Health tracking has been accurate and got me deeper into the Garmin ecosystem, so I also picked up the Index S2 scale. It replaced my Garmin Instinct 3 AMOLED, and comfort is a big step up too. Swapping to a nylon band lets your skin breathe more and cuts down on irritation. Notifications also come through noticeably faster than they did on my Apple Watch Ultra 3, which had an annoying delay of several minutes between my phone alerting and the watch catching up. If you want something like the Apple Watch Ultra without the extreme sports features, at half the cost and just as capable, this is it. Zero regrets and I'd highly recommend it.

Battery life is excellent, and the health and fitness tracking is accurate and useful. Overall, it’s a great smartwatch that perfectly balances everyday features with fitness tracking. Highly recommended!

The battery life is awesome! I can go a week without charging it! Also, there are so many features I haven't been able to review, but a cool one I found was that when I workout, my watch shows me which muscles were targeted during the workout. It doesn't seem to work for the legs as the watch bases everything on the movements of your wrist. Other than that, it's a nice added bonus I didn't expect.

I have been very pleased with my Venu 4. I upgraded from a Vivo active 4. My main reasons for upgrading was a better screen, sensors and ECG capabilities. The sensors all seem more accurate and I'm getting 10 days of practical battery life with Activities 4-5 times a week. I do not use the always on screen. Even though I am the type to check my watch screen often, I have not had any problems with the watch reacting and turning on when I move my wrist to look. The overall responsiveness as been a big improvement over the Vivoactive 4. The OS and features provide a considerably better user experience. This is especially true during strength workouts. I can't wait to get it on the golf course. The integration with my my Pixel 8 Pro is top notch. The only ding at all I can come up with for the Venu 4 is that the built in speaker volume is weak, which makes the taking calls feature not as useful. But since I rarely use my speakerphone on my either, I don't find this to be a problem. It is a bit expensive for a watch in this class, but I still believe it was worth it. If you want a solid fitness/sports watch with good smartwatch capabilities, this watch is for you, especially with an Android phone. If your priority is a smartwatch, then fitness, I would consider a watch from your phone manufacturer.

I have only ever had apple watches. I have liked all of them, most recently I had the apple watch ultra 2. I have gotten more into running and tracking my health. The apple watch needing to be charged just about every day is annoying. There is no room for error if you forget a charger. My garmin will last over a week on one charge, and that is doing 5 intense work outs a week and wearing it at night. It is not a techy as the apple watch, but it is a watch. I am over having a smart phone on my wrist. And honestly this does all the same things the apple watch does. It also gives you WAY more info and data post work outs. if you are considering making the switch, DO it.

This is a nice upgrade from my Venu 2, more features and great battery life. Would highly recommend this watch too others.

Very happy with Garmin venu 4. Switched from Apple Watch and the tracking and battery life are great. Can go multiple days without charging which was a huge reason for my switch.

Overall, I love this watch. I previously had been with Apple Watches for years but after I have always had issues with the battery life slowly getting worst over time. I noticed overtime that the tracking wasn’t that accurate as I thought. However, with the Garmin it has been way more accurate and the battery life has been greats I have gone a whole week without charging it. That includes using it everyday for workouts and never taking it off. Great investment so far for me.

I was looking for a replacement to apple watch. The look and feel of this is better. Battery life is over 10 days. Some learning curve, but overall intuative. Flashlight is really convenient.
