Bought because our Central Air compressor went out. Use it in the bedroom and it cools very good. We have 2 GE units. One large that does everything and this smaller one. Wish it had wifi, but the price was reasonable! Doesn't have auto shutoff when it reaches temperature like our bigger unit.

I usually don't leave a review but this AC works very well, it's on full blast since I bought it and it cools down my room perfectly. My dogs are very happy with it as well.

We are glad that this air conditioner cooled as designed. The sound level of portable air conditioners varies depending on fan speed. They are approximately 59 dBa (decibels) at the maximum fan speed setting. By way of comparison, 60 dBa is the sound level of normal conversation measured 3 feet away.

I truly had doubts once I opened the box,and pulled it out. Its small but it truly has kick and my room is cold. I am yet to use high cause the low is cold enough. I really dont do these reviews but I am impressed!!

Not powerful cooling air

I purchased this air conditioner 1 month before I started using it. It is by far one of the worst I have ever used. The air that flows out of it is not very cold and it does not blow powerfully. I have it in my bedroom and it has been very disappointing to use. Unfortunately I did not need to start using it right away so it is past the return date.

We’d like to assist with the issue you’re having with the air conditioner not cooling your space well. We recommend disconnecting the air conditioner from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset it. Additional troubleshooting is available on page 13 of your manual; that can be viewed on Best Buy’s product page for the model when you go to the ‘Features’ section and scroll to the bottom. If you continue to have this issue and think the air conditioner isn’t operating as designed, please contact our warranty team directly at 1-833-4BODEWELL.
