Seems to be working fine. A little noisier than I'd hoped. I need to elevate it to let it drain into the washer outfall, and it is flowing well.

Just what I needed to pull the moisture out of my house after a rainy day. It works right out of the box. I worried first about a learning curve, but there isn’t one. Just Power on, turn off the timer, set the humidity level, and dump out the water when alerted, which isn’t hard at all. I keep a humidifier meter handy and when it reaches my preferred number, I turn off the unit so it doesn’t run all the time. The size isn’t too large, it’s not heavy, and with wheels, I can roll it from room to room.

It works great. Love that it shuts off automatically when full of water. Also i like the smart option where it keeps humidity where it is supposed to be all the time.

I’ve had no problems in the 9 months I’ve had this dehumidifier. It works as intended, and keeps the humidity in my home down tremendously. I intend to buy a second one.

It's been almost 2 months since I bought the dehumidifier, and it has been working great so far! It is not too loud and doesn't bother us much. The smart dry feature on the dehumidifier is amazing. I also appreciate the fact that the water bucket under the dehumidifier has a handle for easy lifting. I would recommend this product.

Unit works well, but however, emptying the bucket is a challenge because the grasp to pull it out are too far back. The older model was much much better. The floaters for the fill line need to be adjusted because it’s virtually impossible to pull the unit out and pick it up without splashing water all over your floor.

I actually bought two of them. Want to use and one for a spare. Long story short I keep getting an EB code so I switched it out with the spare and I’m getting an EB code on that one. Now the spare was never used. I am completely confused as to why this would happen. There’s nothing wrong with the bucket. It worked fine for one season, I put it away per instructions. I got it out this summer and it started to work beautifully and then all of a sudden the EB code popped up so I thought something was wrong with the bucket so I swapped the bucket salt and it came up multiple times. I unplugged it and re-plugged it back in. When both of them give me the EB code at the same time and one was brand new I’m confused, trying to get a hold of the company to help me.

Our basement is a little over 1000 sq. ft., and this unit does a very good job. In addition, it's quieter and has a more accurate humidity reading than other units we've used.

Purchased this in Feb 2025 it’s now Dec 2025. Issued during our cold seasons and stored for the summer. After I brought it back out it sounded louder and gave an E6 error, and it’s not listed in the manual. I’m having to submit warranty claim to get it replaced because it had an unfixable issue after I tried to use. GE Warranty process; you have call a 3rd party to possibly troubleshoot, send your proof of purchase to them to get a voucher, proceed to your local Best Buy (again) to purchase the replacement GE appliance, then send your receipt and voucher to GE and then allow 6-8 weeks to get reimbursed. I did like this product because of ease of use and cleaning.

I bought this because my last dehumidifier broke. I wanted something similar in size but there weren’t any new products that had wifi functionality. So I settled on this model because it at least had smart sense. Based on your humidity preferences (e.g. 50% humidity level) the dehumidifier will automatically turn off once the level goes below 50%. I buy the smaller sized dehumidifiers because i’m petite and have trouble carrying heavy water. I found that the notches to wedge out the water bucket are too wide for my hands. It makes it awkward for me to dislodge the water bucket. There’s also not an easy way to dump the water without spilling some since there’s no spout. You just have to try and angle it perfectly so the water doesn’t flow out of every space. The unit can be a little loud when the fan is running but it’s comparable to other models i’ve had. On very humid days, the tank usually fills up in 8-10 hours. So I dump the water 2-3 times a day.

Works well and easy to use. Good size if moving around house.

I wouldn’t buy this again. It works fine but only shuts off when the bucket is full. This is a replacement for a unit that stopped working. Best Buy was very good about replacing it but it looks like they replaced it with a non comparable product. The old unit would shut off when the set point was reached.

We purchased this to replace an older less efficient unit. This new item is great, very efficient, maintains consistent humidity level and turns off when not needed.

Item works well after you figure out how to work it. The enclosed operating instructions aren't much help.
