My central air broke and I Received my ac March 2 2024 it was really easy to install. It gets the job down down here in Florida my roms stay nice and cold. I love being able to control it from my bedroom or even from work! And it has reduced my electric bill to half of what I was paying.

nice air conditioner. Only disappointing factor is even when on ''eco'' and ''auto'' it does not stay on to keep room at constant temperature. It foes not come on to test air. I have to constantly turn this on. It keeps room cool, but should actually be automatic to keep room at even temperature. Frustrating. At night the air conditioning unit turns off and my house gets so hot. With my high blood pressure its a health risk for a stroke. This unit should be ''eco friendly and automatic.....I'm sorry unit does not work as advertised.

Installed today. A bit noisy however cooling the living room nicely and quickly. Having some difficulty in connecting the wifi, however will sort it out at another time

Love this thing only thing I wish is that it had a better filter since this is a shop ac unit for me. But it can get my shop down to 60 degrees on a 110 degree northern ca summer day... So its a work horse. That and I love the WiFi option because I can program this so when I am not normally out in my shop I have it to set for fan at high and run all night to circulate the air and then when I am usually in the shop its set up to cool at auto... Incredible machine. Normally something of this BTU rating is a 215-220 watts and this one is a standard 110-115 plug in.

Makes a fairly large room so cold I actually have to turn it down. I have a large roll-around A/C in a side room that strained to cool two rooms even with supplemental fans. This unit, only three years newer, is both quieter and more powerful than the roll-around. It actually cools three rooms sufficiently. The unit is controlled by a nifty app that paired with my iPhone and had it up and running in a jiffy. I remember when air conditioners cost a fortune and hardly worked. This one is great. San Diego cooks all year.

I bought this for my travel trailer it fit perfectly in the window. I would definitely recommend this product for any rv or travel trailer. Easy set up and insulation.i am very satisfied with this ac unit.

Good ac unit. Coll 4 rooms wiht 2 of these. easy to program, one unit failed after one year but Ge reimbursing me for new one. But takes 6- 8 eight weeks for check. they want you to wait till they give you official certificate. But being a senior citizen with a very hot summer it's ludicrous impse such a restriction. AC units are hard to find when you need a specific case size to fit. It's an unfair request

Upgraded our old super efficient cooling but not energy efficient window unit with this and it’s does a really good job at cooling the whole living room. Easy to install and use.

Powerful & not to loud. The app makes coming home so comfortable at the right temperature.

Great unit I just wish the display stayed on all the time instead of timing out !!

I liked the feature of being able to turn it on/off from my mobile device. Downside it leakes alot and its kinda noisy, for some reason it raddles for about a min and then it stops thats annoying. I bought this unit 6/24 and in that time for some reason it freezes up from the inside (behind the filter) the first time it happened i had went out to the lake and when i returned it had the built up. I called BB the next day (my return period has expired the day before) they said they couldnt help me. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS UNIT AGAIN!!! I liked g&e products but after this NO MORE!!! Came home today after a long HOT morning at the park i return home and it was frozen again.

This item was damaged when received. Packaging was fine. But the air conditioner housing is bent and fins are damaged. The air conditioner still works.

It gave me a little trouble because it wasn’t picking up the whole model # for the WiFi. One I added it to the WiFi picked up without issue. Cooling seems to good but I’ll know more into the summer.

Our old AC broke and it was a very hot day. I ran to my local Best Buy and picked up this AC and I’m so glad I did. It works great it’s not loud you can connect it to your phone via app and it cools down the entire living room, I highly recommend this.

This is the best unit we have had!!! I love the Wi-Fi feature and the echo mode. We have not had a hot day in the house with it!

This ac unit is awesome! It’s super quiet and efficient. It doesn’t run non stop if you use the eco mode as it does a great job at cooling and then shuts off when reaches the temp set.

Im satisfied easily to used and it is really cool better than my old air conditioner I liked it better because of the remote control easy to turn off too

I have had the unit just over two years only to discover as of today 9/2/24 ; the unit does not work. Unbelievably the extra warranty with the Geek Squad was purchased for only 2 years. This is a freaking waste of my time, energy and money. The manufacturers are ripping the consumers off by making crappy products. This is certainly not the time to be wasting money as cost of living is very high! This is very upsetting to think every 2 years I will need to replace my air conditioning unit!
