Had to wait a couple of months from time-of-order for this to arrive due to COVID, but worth the wait. It is quiet and has plenty of room with many adjustable shelves inside and on doors. We weren't specifically interested in the coffee maker, but now that we have it I make an afternoon coffee every day. It takes about 3 1/2 minutes for the water to heat up. It will also do tea and anything else that comes in a standard k-cup. Pros: quiet, coffee maker, good ice maker, solid construction, clean appearance, finally changed the outside water tray for much easier cleanup. GE has an excellent repairable product line when compared to other brands. Nits: no water "auto-fill", a little hard to see panel labels in dark scenarios, have to really tug to open the bottom freezer, coffee maker doesn't remember previous size setting and doesn't accept reusable k-cup holders. Overall, we're very pleased with this product.

Just as pretty on the inside as it is on the outside. The lighting inside is excellent, nothing can hide. Everything works as it should and I love the Keurig brewing system, it's nice not having that old, big, Keurig coffee machine on my kitchen counter. I would give it 5 stars but the brewing system does not always dispense the amount I select. It gives me the option of 6oz, 8oz & 10oz. I always select 10oz because I like a big mug of coffee to start my day. It only gives me 10oz about 50% of the time, the rest is 8oz. Some days it heats up in super fast and some days it takes 3.5 minutes. It seems to have a mind of its own.

General Electric provides a bad product with terrible Service. I purchased in August. My freezer quit working on March 9, 2023, It took the technician 2 weeks to respond due to limited availability. He ordered parts that took 2 weeks to arrive. After the 3 hour repair, I was left with the freezer not working, but also warm refrigerator. The technician ordered a new round of parts that will take 2 more weeks to arrive. by the time he finishes his next repair, this refrigerator will have been inoperable for a month and a half. Consumer relations will not help saying that it is their right to keep attempting repair until the technician deems it "beyond repair" a task that I found out is outside his control as he is unable to make that determination on site and has to jump through bureaucratic hoops to do so. This has been a nightmare. BBB and AG complaint has been filed against GE for their terrible product and service. Keurig function is even more worthless. Takes 20 minutes to heat up one cup of water.

BEST BUY will not allow me to return this refrigerator, it is poorly made, defective which results in my produce only lasting a few days. Disgusting customer service.

Sleek, functional, AND easy to operate. I love that it keeps track of how much water it dispenses at a time because it helps me keep track of my water intake.
