This unit is extremely loud outside of the house and inside the house. It is very quiet. We tried to check to see why the fan belt is slapping the collected water of the unit and we cannot figure it out. The unit unit itself states do not put a hole or drill hole underneath the unit to release the water as such we have not modified unit. The noise is a block away. It’s very loud not sure how we can correct this situation and still considering keeping it or returning it due to the loud noise outside of the house.

This is the best air conditioner I've ever owned, it's the quietest and I love the app and Wi-Fi capability. Some people have complained that it is heavy and it is but I'm 150 lb 66-year-old man and I did it myself with no problem.

cools well , generally very quiet as i only use echo mode but does make a little noise at times but nothing like other unit i have and it cools a large bedroom and master bath. it is easier to install than standard models of similar BTU but is heavier. I was able to muscle it into place but plan on two people. this is the second one I purchased.

The package was delivered expedited by FedEx . It did have some damage on the outside box & some retaping . The inside was packaged very carefully to secure & protect the unit so no obvious signs of damage. Just a note: I already had the same unit installed in another room , just bigger btu , this one is a smaller btu but perfect for a bedroom & surrounding area. I am pleased with the GE see over unit so I can utilize my window viewing. I like all the features including WiFi, thermostat settings, remote control & Blu tooth. The unit is quiet inside. The outside has a built in coil that heats up any moisture or water displacement. This is a well made unit & I would recommend it for cooling, energy efficiency. They are available at other online outlets, but BestBuy had the best price & my convenient credit & free delivery with extended warranty at an affordable additional cost .

Great little unit. Fit into a smaller window. Went in easy. Like fan only, but cools immediately also. Would sure buy another. Quick ship. Good packaging. Not too heavy. Expect it to last many years. Well built. We ordered online through Best Buy and are so glad we did. Exact size we needed.

Super easy to install even for an amature. Cools the room of decently but i feel like its advertised room effeciency for cooling is a bit smaller then it advertises. I have 1 in my room which is slightly smaller then the advertised size and it keeps the room comfortable. But in my sones room which is a much smaller room it gets very cold in that room. So the only complaint is that its advertised room size, is actually too large for what the AC really can handle effectively. Take off about 75-100 square feet and its more acurate.

Split design allows the AC to be more quiet than regular window ACs. Recommend for ease of installation and quiet operation.

Works great. Very quiet. Only downside is it's very heavy.

SUPER QUIET Cools our bedroom fine and when it's set on "quiet" for the fan speed, you can't hear it running. Least noisy window A/C I've ever not heard. I had the GEEK SQUAD set this up because I didn't want to deal with the install. Great team that installed, A+

Absolutely love it. Installed two of these with ease. Because of the design, I dont have to really winterize this air conditioner with covers or anything else.

Works great. Very quit. Space saving is a plus.A bit more difficult to install than expected but once in very happy.

These window units are the quiets running a/c units I have ever installed. The installation was so simple and easy with great instructions. All parts included for any situation. Highly recommend.
