Fantastic unit
This is the best air conditioner I've ever owned, it's the quietest and I love the app and Wi-Fi capability. Some people have complained that it is heavy and it is but I'm 150 lb 66-year-old man and I did it myself with no problem.

Super loud outside super quiet inside
This unit is extremely loud outside of the house and inside the house. It is very quiet. We tried to check to see why the fan belt is slapping the collected water of the unit and we cannot figure it out. The unit unit itself states do not put a hole or drill hole underneath the unit to release the water as such we have not modified unit. The noise is a block away. It’s very loud not sure how we can correct this situation and still considering keeping it or returning it due to the loud noise outside of the house.
