I purchased a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Apple Watch Ultra 2 advertised with an Olive Alpine Loop band. The watch arrived in good condition, but it came with a basic blue rubber band instead, which is significantly cheaper ($50-$100 value difference). I contacted customer support and after multiple escalations was told a Best Buy store would provide the correct band. I was given a reference number and sent to the store. When I arrived, the store informed me that this information was incorrect, found no documentation tied to the reference number, and told me I would need to call customer support again. In the end, no one acknowledged the error or offered a solution. I did not receive the product as advertised and was left with a cheaper replacement band. Very disappointing experience.
