Customer Ratings & Reviews

I picked this MacBook Pro up from Best Buy’s refurbished section, and I couldn’t be more impressed. You’d never guess it wasn’t brand new. The performance is buttery smooth thanks to the M2 chip — I’m using it for automation, coding, and even running AI scripts without a hitch. Battery life lasts me nearly a full workday, and the build quality is unmatched. The Retina display is stunning, bright, and crisp. This refurb saved me a lot of money and still gave me top-tier Apple performance. If you’re on the fence about going refurbished — don’t be. Best Buy and Geek Squad really nailed it with this one.

My girlfriend purchased this MacBook because she’s going back to school. She enjoys it, the MacBook looks good as new. There was very little blemishes. It didn’t not come with the original packaging but the MacBook works great and that’s what really matters :)

Very happy with this refurbished MacBook, Excellent condition and good battery life. This is the second time purchasing a computer from here and very satisfied both times.

Very pleased with my purchase. Zero complaints, and it arrived early.

Have been using it for a month and a half for my university and has worked well so far. It has minor scratches and bumps that aren’t really noticeable. I will say, I turned on the laptop once and the touch bar didn’t turn on but I just restarted it and it turned on, it hasn’t happened again after that. But other than that, it looks and works as if it’s brand new. I love it!!

You would have thought I bought this brand new out the store. Battery life is great. Speeds are great. All around great purchase

One of the best things I've ever purchased, only issue I had was that I received it with a very low battery life.

I absolutely love my MacBook Pro 13.3 inch refurbished laptop it has been good to me no issues so far and of course I had to decorate it nicely. I love it. Thank you.

Excellent customer service, product is excellent. Product arrived on time. Very smooth transaction.

Computer in great shape , no visible scratches and functions properly

recently purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro M2, and I must say, I’m impressed. As someone who was a little hesitant about buying refurbished electronics, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Condition: 9/10 The laptop arrived looking practically brand new. There were no visible signs of wear and tear—no scratches, dents, or scuffs. It was clear that the refurbishing process had been thorough. The packaging was also very secure, with Apple’s signature attention to detail. Performance: 10/10 The M2 chip is an absolute powerhouse. Coming from an Intel-based MacBook, the performance boost was immediately noticeable. Apps open almost instantly, and the laptop handles multitasking and heavy workloads with ease. Whether I’m editing photos in Photoshop, video editing in Final Cut Pro, or running a multitude of browser tabs and applications, the MacBook Pro M2 handles it all smoothly. The performance is as fast and responsive as I could have hoped for. Battery Life: 9/10 Battery life is excellent. Apple claims up to 20 hours of use, and I’ve been averaging around 15–17 hours on a full charge with mixed usage. For everyday tasks like web browsing, watching videos, and productivity work, I can easily get through a full workday without needing to plug in. Display: 10/10 The Liquid Retina XDR display is stunning. Colors are vivid, and the contrast is sharp. Whether I’m watching HDR content or just browsing the web, the display quality is outstanding. The brightness levels are impressive too, making it usable even in bright environments. Keyboard and Trackpad: 9/10 The Magic Keyboard is as good as ever—quiet, responsive, and comfortable to type on for long periods. The trackpad is large and precise, offering smooth navigation with no lag. No issues with the keyboard, which was a problem on older MacBook Pro models. Value for Money: 8/10 Refurbished models offer substantial savings, and this MacBook Pro M2 is no exception. I was able to pick up a configuration that would have cost much more if purchased new. Considering the performance, build quality, and longevity that Apple products offer, I feel like I got great value for my money. However, it’s still a pricey investment, even refurbished. Conclusion: Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with my refurbished MacBook Pro M2 purchase. The device feels as good as new, and the performance is exceptional. If you’re considering a refurbished model, I highly recommend it—especially with the Apple warranty that comes with it for peace of mind. Whether you’re a professional or casual user, this MacBook Pro delivers on all fronts and is well worth considering if you're after a premium laptop at a more affordable price point.

I recently got the new MacBook Pro, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The performance is incredibly smooth — everything from multitasking to photo/video editing runs effortlessly. The display is stunning, with crisp colors and excellent brightness, making it perfect for both work and entertainment. The battery life is also impressive; I can easily get through a full day without needing to charge. The keyboard feels comfortable to type on, and the overall design maintains that premium Apple feel — sleek, solid, and lightweight. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but the quality and performance make it worth every penny. Highly recommend it for professionals, students, and anyone who wants a reliable, high-performing laptop.

Amazing Laptop – Worth Every Penny! I recently got the MacBook Pro 2022 and honestly, it’s the best laptop I’ve ever owned. The screen is absolutely stunning—bright, sharp, and the colors just pop. The performance is lightning fast with the M1 Pro chip, everything runs smoothly whether I’m multitasking, streaming, or working on creative projects. The battery life is incredible too—I can go a full day without worrying about charging. The speakers blew me away with how full and rich the sound is, and the camera/mic setup is perfect for video calls. I also love that Apple brought back MagSafe, HDMI, and the SD card slot, which makes life so much easier. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but if you want something reliable, powerful, and built to last, this is absolutely worth the investment. Apple really nailed it with this one!

I’m really impressed! The performance is smooth and fast for everyday tasks, streaming. The battery life is excellent, and the display is crisp and bright. Being Geek Squad certified gave me extra confidence in the quality and condition of the laptop. Overall, this was a great buy

Was in excellent condition, no gouges, scratches or any visual blemishes. Battery life was as expected, I would recommend this as a great option

As a refurbished computer, this has been amazing! It is almost in brand new condition (a few scratches here and there) and works without issue. Battery life lasts what seems like forever allowing me to work longer without worrying about charging.

I loved this macbook so much! I loved the functionality, the touch bar, the crisp clean screen. How seamlessly it connected to all my apple devices. Buying refurbished was a risk however. After about a year, lines started to spread accross my display and by 1.5 years the display completely stopped working. Big bummer. I will miss you.

I recently purchased this MacBook laptop, and I’m genuinely impressed. The device is in almost brand-new condition, which made the experience even better—it looks and performs like it just came out of the box. The build quality is excellent, as expected, with a sleek design and solid feel. Performance-wise, it handles everyday tasks smoothly, from browsing and streaming to more demanding work like editing and multitasking. The battery life is also strong, lasting through most of the day without needing a charge. The display is bright and sharp, making everything from videos to documents look great. The keyboard and trackpad are comfortable and responsive, which makes extended use easy. Overall, this is a great product and a solid choice if you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality laptop. Highly recommended.

The seamless functionality with other Apple products makes this MacBook Pro a perfect fit for my setup. The USB-C charger connection provides great flexibility for connecting and charging multiple devices. It was definitely time for an upgrade, and now I have a machine that easily handles all my needs. You’d never know it’s refurbished — it looks and performs just like new. Highly recommend it.

Was looking to upgrade MacBook when I found this one. It was GeekSquad certified Refurb (refurb was reason for skepticism) which I was skeptical at first. It was shipped to my house and from the minute it was plugged and running it has been amazing. No lag no crash no nothing.... just perfection. Not only does it operate flawlessly but the price was great too. I would highly recommend looking for the GeekSquad certified on any electronics from Best Buy
